The server was exceptionally helpful, providing insights into the menu and making the experience enjoyable. While the food was good, I couldn't help but notice that it was slightly milder in taste compared to other Ethiopian restaurants I've tried. A touch more spice and flavor would have elevated the dishes to match my expectations. However, the overall experience was pleasant, and with a bit of adjustment to the seasoning, Queen of Sheba could truly shine in the realm of Ethiopian cuisine.”

“Read about the restaurant and chef Suleiman in Dallas Magazine and decided to give it a try…and we are so glad we did. Nice place, good service and great flavorful food. Thank you for making our first experience with Gambian food memorable PS: Our server was kind enough to explain everything on the menu in detail which helped. We also spoke to chef Suleiman and he recommended a few dishes that we will try the next time we are here.”

“Stopped by for some amala and ewedu. It was the end of the day so they were out of a few things but service was friendly. Restaurant is small but clean and prices are decent. The amala was quite tasty and the meat was not too tough as is typical with most Naija spots.”

“I've been three times. I have ordered the same thing each time. The first two times,I was able to get the whole tilapia fried without the stew sauce. This last time, I was told it's not an option. It's still very good, but I prefer the fish without the sauce. The coconut rice is delicious, and the spinach is amazing!! I could eat the spinach every day. I love the atmosphere. The older staff is helpful but the younger staff is more aloof and soft spoken. Portion sizes are exceptional for the price. I'm glad it's not closer to me or I'd eat there more often... which would counteract my fitness routine. But it's great for a cheat day meal. My rating is 4.5 and taking off the 1/2 because of the disappointment of not being able to get the fish plain. Maybe next time, I'll get it cut and fried instead.”
