“The Highlands is one of my favorite golf courses in the Chicagoland area. I wish I lived closer. We played it on a Sunday afternoon the cost for cart and golf was reasonable. The course was in excellent shape considering it had rained so much in the previous week. Even the traps were well maintained. I love the risk reward opportunities on this course. The designers are to be commended. If they got rid of the mats on the driving range it would be a five-star course.”

“Maybe I am missing something with all the other reviews but this rink has been going downhill for many years. They don't clean it at all so the locker rooms and facilities are just flat out gross. The ice is okay at best but with many games it does not freeze fast so there is puddles all over the place. Also the one rink seems like your playing in the dark. I am sure they are always busy with 3 rinks but time to put some money back into this place. The positive is they do have a bar so helps you forget the feeling and smell of the place.”

“Played Arlington Lakes Golf Club on a Saturday at 7:20am. The pace of play was solid all round, especially for a Chicago-area course. The course itself was in great shape and a lot of fun to play. It’s not long, but a majority of the holes have one or more lakes, so you definitely need to be straight. We will definitely play this track again.”

“I lived part of my life, in my younger days, at these diamonds. Lots of memories. Have not been back here in 15 or so years. The complex has changed a lot, but for the better. It is very lively and I am finding much joy in all of the kids down here keeping youth baseball and softball alive!”
