“I never leave reviews, but after the horrendous experience we just had, I am compelled to leave one. After seeing all the hype, was excited to try this joint. We decided to dine in, ordered the Drip Wagyu, Buffalo and Cheeseburgers for the kids. Firstly, attitude from the lady who took my order was on a different level. No smile, eye contact or even basic courtesy. I had to repeat order several times as I was already getting a bad vibe. Was told it will take 15 mins. After 40 mins, I asked how long and I was told to wait. Finally cheeseburgers arrived on their own, with no fries. Had explicitly asked no sauce on either burger, what happened, we had sauce in one. I asked why we were getting burgers without the fries, at that point one of the staff members got a bag of frozen fries out and started to cook. When our burgers finally came, the Drip Wagyu was burnt and had no tomato, despite menu description and picture having it in. When I asked about this, I was told you need to ask for it which was probably the worst response to give for something you know to be wrong. Finally, the fries arrived, by the time we had basically finished. By this point I had enough and threatened to leave an honest review, and they responded by accepting burger was burnt and made it in 10 mins. I took it home for my maid as dinner was already spoilt for us. Were they busy? No, we were only the second family of 4 that was sitting there and you could see some staff sitting and talking in the back. One more thing, the ‘graffiti’ in the front area was unacceptable. My 9 year old pointed out the words ‘kill me please’ with an image of a hangman. Shocking! Avoid this place, I’m giving one star because I can’t give any less.”

“Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in The Galleria Mall. The service is unmatched. The staff genuinely cares about the time you spend there. The meal is excellent; everything we tried melted in our mouths. It is our first time to visit The Cheesecake Factory, so we asked Ms. Mei to recommend the best dishes that we could try. We ordered Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken, and Shrimp Scampi. They even sang a birthday song for me and my sister. Thank you very much, once again, to Ms. Mei for the best food recommendation and excellent/friendly service. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back soon!”

“My friend and I had a very delicious lunch over there and we had an amazing blissful time together as their place is very accommodating and cozy, plus food is very tasty and we loved their fast service which is highly appreciated in such rush and hectic schedule. Thanks to our waitress which was attentive and friendly during our dining experience. We have had a duck leg which is served for a very limited time in their signature Swiss sauce and chocolate fondant as a dessert. Everything was just perfect! Definitely would love to come back soon again. Update: December 23, 2023 My friend and I enjoyed our delicious Christmas lunch. We have chosen beef steak in their signature Swiss butter sauce and we couldn’t enjoyed it better! Thanks to our waiter Tadeo for the great and friendly service. This place is surely recommended for a visit which could be casual with friends or family or romantic date”

“Truly a memorable anniversary dining experience. Started when we were blown away as we walked into the period correct theme of the restaurant, then continued as we were being greeted by the incredibly professional and friendly staff. Our server was incredible and very attentive to our needs from the start to the end of our experience. Chef Marshall is one of a kind. He came to our table and gave us some history on the restaurant and also took us on a tour of all the incredible aspects of the prohibition period theme. You can feel his passion for quality food and service, which manifests into incredible food, - service and discussions. Will definitely be returning for more at Butcher and Still.”
