“I should have known when we walked up for dinner on a Saturday night around 8 pm and the restaurant was practically empty, what I was getting in to. We ordered their snack plate appetizer but they were out of shrimp so told us it was substituted with tempura. I asked if it was the same price and the server assured me “it’s a lot of tempura”. I guess 4 pieces of green beans is a lot to some people. The spring rolls were also cold and undercooked. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our mains. I had the fish and chips and my husband had the James burger. My fish and chips were also cold and the fish was super bland and dry. The burger was undercooked and you could tell it was literally pulled out of the fridge, thrown on the grill and then slapped onto a bun. I would absolutely not recommend this place. I’m shocked the reviews are as good as they are.”

“We tried a few steak houses, which all were booked out. Ended up here, as this was the only one with a spare table, and the steak was excellent for the price. We had ribeye. Steaks are served on a hot stone, so you can cook them to your liking.”

“NO HOSPITALITY! All the service employees who work there probably don't know the word "hospitality". We find no greeting, no smile and only ignorance in this restaurant. If you want to order a drink and ask 3 times if you can order now, you will only be answered with “please wait”. The Prosecco we ordered was not fresh, so I suggested that we serve a new one. the second one wasn't fresh either. I returned the second one. I then ordered an Aperol Spritz. It was bland, more mineral than Aperol! When we were finally served after 40 minutes and were “allowed” to order the food, I was disappointed because the food was served cold. the restaurant wasn't full and they weren't stressed! the employees take very poor care of the guests and their needs. If you want to order drinks, they aren't there or you are simply ignored. Towards the end of the evening, a waitress was so clumsy and threw the candle right at me. my expensive shoes and dress were ruined! It's hard to keep candle wax away from expensive clothes! I was so angry, especially because the waitress didn't apologize to me! Brasserie Dupont is a nice location, but the employees are a miserable disaster!”

“It was OK, was nothing special and for the Prices they ask you for a Single Burger is out of the World if you ask me. Who the Hell Pays 12.- for a small Portion of Pommes and 30-40.- for Burgers? But yeah it was Nothing Special that I would say: "yeah you need to go there" also they had extremly Long to come and get the Orders.”
