“We visited during their trivia night. Ate at the bar. Good drinks and friendly bartender. Establishment is run well. We ordered Rib dinner and roast beef melted sandwich. Rolo cheesecake for dessert. Good was typical for a bar. Decent bar and drinks were very good. Trivia was fun! Many locals. A fun atmosphere.”

“As someone that lives half the year near the Gulf Coast, I find it completely bazaar that the best seafood I eat comes from a little place in the middle of the woods in Vermont. It's always fresh and cooked perfectly. The portions are massive. The tartar sauce is unlike any other I've had and a perfect complement to the seafood. The staff are friendly, and the service is always great. The other night we flew into Logan and had reservations here, but because of flight delays we were going to arrive 30-45 minutes after the kitchen closed. We asked if we could place a take out order, and did so. When we arrived 45 minutes late, we found the kitchen had held up dropping our food until we arrived so it would still be hot! In that order I tried the chocolate mousse pie for the first time. I'm not a huge sweets fan, but that may have been the tastiest thing I've ever eaten. Highly recommended!”

“It's understandable in today's economic setting that running a restaurant is tuff businesses. It's not the best policy to share your business follies with customers. Most people understand and will be patient. However that is not an excuse for serving mediocre food at best. The steak was grizzly and poorly cooked. The wait staff were really trying to please.”

“My wife and I really wanted to like this place. The town was devastated by the flood. The restaurant has a ton of charm, and the menu sounded promising. I ordered the special burger medium rare. It came out well done, super dry. My wife ordered a pizza which included prosciutto. It came out with tomato in place of prosciutto. When we told the server, she brought out a replacement with prosciutto but the rest of the toppings were wrong. They offered me 30% off of a lousy burger. It's not a good look when you can't even receive the food as it was ordered.”

“It was good food, it took really long to get our order done, and then it took really long to get our order, but the food tasted good. It was way overpriced for what it was. 2 overcooked hot dogs, 3 plates of fries, and 2 drinks came up to over $85. The fires were good and plentiful, my son loved the maple ones, and we did try the mac n cheese bites. I almost forgot about that because they weren't that memorable. Very bland even with jalapeños and bacon being in them. It was convenient for 3 hungry kids after a long day of soccer, although we won't be stopping again with the prices the way they are unless it's just to grab ice cream.”

“service? great. atmosphere. beautiful. food? meh. everyone’s food came out lukewarm. my pasta arrived to me and seemed like it sat in the 10 degree weather for a solid minute. the duck dish my partner received was not cooked evenly throughout. the pasta with the clams had a solid four clams. the mushroom soup (which i didn’t brother to try) lacked in flavor, beauty. it was not made with love like the menu claimed. stay safe on the mountain out there friends. peace and love.”

“Great spot to watch a game (in the booth's tv or at the bar) and enjoy some delicious food. We stopped by and were seated promptly by the friendly staff. Hallie was attentive and made sure that we were well taken care of during our meal. Definitely upgrade to the sweet potato fries!”
