“I have been here many times, and it is always a hit! The staff really works hard and care about the guests. I’ve never had anything but good food and service. It is definitely a family-friendly, more of a busy, somewhat loud of a place; which works for us bringing our family and children here. The servers are always so kind and accommodating. Parking can be a bit tricky as the parking lot tends to be full, but that’s a good sign! Bills is the perfect restaurant for a step just below “fine-dining” but barely, bc the food is so good, and service, but prices aren’t too high, and anyone can feel comfortable dining here from kids to the most casually dressed. Oh the fries are SO GOOD. Usually I would ask for a salad instead of fries, but here I go for the fries 😂”

“Went here for my birthday, and it was wonderful! It was decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations (time of year) and the staff were so friendly! Service was fabulous! Very attentive, and everyone wished happy birthday, and they gave me a birthday card. Very personable, and would recommend it for a nice splurge!”

“Met my wife and daughter here for a late lunch. Parking was pretty good, and the establishment looked upscale and high end from the car park. There's a great bar with lots of large screen TVs. It's no doubt easy to find your game. The food was ok. I had a turkey burger with fries it wasn't bad, although I found the apple slices a little odd. Guess I wasn't expecting it as my wife had ordered it prior to my arrival. All in all, an edible meal and a reasonable experience.”

“Obviously a place with a lot of regulars, we were treated as outsiders. I personally don't really care about the staff being unfriendly, but they also left drinks empty and walked past us multiple times to get to other tables. The food was pretty good. We tried a few different breakfast places while in town, and the group unanimously voted the hash at Hungry Haven the best. Omelets were also cooked as ordered and packed with filling. The grits were a bit bland, but we are southerners, so it may be unfair to even rate those. So if you don't care about friendly service, give them a try.”

“What started out as a wonderful atmosphere on a summer evening, turned into a ruined group party. So sad!!! The management accepted a reservation request for our group of 15 people. A server came and took orders for drinks and food. We were told that food was taking 25 minutes to deliver, due to the cook being out on vacation. After waiting 30 minutes two meals came out and three drinks orders were delivered. The other 12 people waited... Then, nothing........... Nothing..... Waiting.... .waiting...... waiting ..... .. after 60 minutes, half of our group left with no food and no drinks ... it was late and they had to go home! Party was ruined!! A few stragglers waited around to try and get someone's attention to pay their bill This was a complete restaurant service meltdown!”

“We sat at the outdoor bar and had an amazing lunch. The bartender Colleen greeted us and made a killer Strawberry Moscow Mule. We started of with stuffed quahogs as an appetizer. One of the best stuffies I’ve had a long time. Came with a side of homemade dipping sauce. All their sauces and dressings are made in house. My husband ordered the Panko Cod fish sandwich and I had the Salmon Burger. Both served with great fries. I had the truffle fries, yummy!!! Atmosphere is very nice overlooking the water. Staff very attentive and professional. We are already planning to go back..ENJOY!!!”

“I have loved and visited Jim's Dock for many years. The atmosphere is great. We love sitting outside with the dog. Staff is always friendly and efficient. And I love the BYOB! This year, I ordered the scallops that I've gotten in the past and have always been phenomenal. This time, they were just ok, and the rice pilaf was not cooked at all. The rest of my party said their food was good, but better in the past. We will definitely go back, and we're hoping this was just an off night. Definitely try it for yourself, it usually rocks!”
