“This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We loved the atmosphere, the menu, the prices, and the employees were all welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms which I did visit. The food was cooked exactly the way we requested, crispy bacon is a must for me, and we all enjoyed our meals. We actually enjoyed sitting viewing the menu, then going up to order, and paying. I feel this saves you time when you are ready to go you can just go and you don't have to worry about waiting for your bill and paying. Overall, we recommend this restaurant and we will be back for sure whenever we are in the Lombard area. I did try the lilac shake and if you go give it a try!”

“It was quick and simple to place a reservation online. We received a reminder text the day before and were seated in a booth immediately upon check in. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu, offered suggestions and inquired if we have dined with them before. Shortly after that inquiry the manager provided complimentary fresh fried parmesan chips. We started our meal with black coffee and the latest addition to the menu, cheddar bacon biscuits. I highly recommend 😋 both, they surpassed my expectations. My wife enjoyed her breakfast sandwich, but found the hashbrowns to be lacking in flavor so she preferred the Cajun fries I ordered to go with the buffalo chicken nuggets. I'm a huge fan of chicken tortilla soup so I tried that as well. Although I enjoyed the broth, the tortilla strips and cheese I wouldn't order it again because the chicken wasn't seasoned. The log cabin atmosphere touched my country heart! ❤️ My wife and I look forward to returning soon.”

“I finally came here to dine in! I have had the food before, but only take out orders due to covid. Staff was really friendly and never made our large party feel rushed. The food is great, and portions are pretty large. Overall it was a nice place for a holiday get together. There were 10 of us meeting for a Christmas get together, and we were put in a little side-room off to the side. There was a heat lamp thing in the corner, but I was freezing! That was really my only complaint though! I'm sure I'll be back next time I need a hearty pasta meal!”

“Our server Nick was above and beyond not only in service but in personality. He was great. The restaurant was nice and had a wonderful atmosphere. The portions were huge. Everything was very delicious. Our new favorite place for calamari. We had grilled calamari, fried calamari, baked clams, lamb chop lollipops, and the veal parmesan which was huge and platter sized. Thank goodness we decided to split the parmesan. The pasta sauce with the veal parmesan was to die for. I'm not a huge red sauce fan and this tomato sauce is probably the best I've had. Had a very nice time on our anniversary and will be back for sure. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10”

“I have been to many many Italian restaurants, this place however has taken my spot of 1st place. The meatballs were so mouth watering and the sauce was definitely something homemade/grandmas recipe style. The pizza was so cheesy and crunchy yet not too crunchy or thick... Crust was to perfection. Cheese was not super greasy and fake. Very authentic. I have ordered sooo many vegetarian pizzas but this is the yummiest one I’ve eaten by far. The kind of pizza that doesn’t make you feel sick after. No complaints whatsoever. TVS all around, music, comfortable seating and really good hospitality 10/10 will be back”

“👍 We have gone here for dinner and for brunch, and both times the meals were delicious. Everything is plated so beautifully! The amount of beer that they have on tap is actually quite impressive. Fairly decent selection that would cater to just about any palette. 👎 I feel like the food portions are relatively small. Both times we got appetizers before our entrees and I still felt slightly hungry when I left. Although the beer selection is vast, it would be nice if the selection rotated based on the time of day. For instance, in the morning it would be nice to have more breakfast beers like stouts.”

“What a great find!! Atmosphere was super cute, excellent food, and server, Paige, was the absolute sweetest. Flatbread appetizers are a must try, fresh caught perch, and filet cooked perfectly. Celebrating my husband birthday they brought out a smores bake (drool). We will definitely be back.”
