“Had an amazing experience here. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon at around 12 noon, and it was all packed, but the staff greeted us warmly and seated us at a tiny table. Soon after some patrons left, they offered to move us to a bigger table by the window, and I really loved this. Coming to the food, it was hearty and comforting. I had the egg breakfast with sausages and baked beans on toast. My bf had the chorizo sausage and eggs with hash brown. Both of us loved our food. Loved my morning cuppa Joe as usual. My bf loved his orange cream beverage as well and said it was refreshing. The entire place was really well maintained and the staff checked in on us from time to time! Would definitely visit again!”

“It was good. They do offer cute shaped pancakes which is why I wanted to try this place, my 7 year old loved the shape and decorations. The flavor was alright, nothing bad, nothing exceptional. I did love the home fries, they were cooked and seasoned well. Service was a bit odd but no one was rude. I didn't like the lack of kids menu or side options. My daughter actually didn't even get a menu even though she can read so we shared. We dined outside and the chairs were uncomfortable and the table was a bit unstable. I instantly regretted that but maybe next time I will sit indoors. Parking is almost non-existent but there's street parking so its not a big deal. It was a bit more money than I'd normally pay for diner food but I'd definitely go back when I'm in the mood for The Big Breakfast. Their fruit was fresh and tasty so I'll definitely have to try their other breakfast options too.”

“I made a reservation for the Igloos, which were really cute and we enjoyed. The staff was lovely and very nice. That said, I don’t like doing bad reviews but I have to for this one especially because of the price we paid for a 2 person meal. Sadly the food didn’t meet expectations especially for what we paid for. I ordered well done lamb chops and they were clearly not well done. They took them, reheated them and brought them back and yup, still not well done. By that point I wasn’t hungry any more and they mentioned they would remove the plate from our tab. Still, we ended up paying almost $200, we had two drinks, 2 appetizers and one entree. I sadly can’t recommend this place because even the appetizers we got and my husbands plate didn’t have good flavor.”

Place is extremely expensive for what it is , paid 4 dollars alone for a little not even 6 oz cup of chocolate milk which was pretty ridiculous. My buddy just got a cheeseburger and I got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagle and it was 50 dollars. Definitely would not recommend.”

“Recently enjoyed an early dinner at The Poynt after past bad experiences. The service is exceptional, but the food wasn't great on our first visit. This visit changed my mind. We ordered a combination of appetizers and entrees. Not one plate was left clean. The chicken and cheese taquitos are well worth the money and are one of my favorites. My entree, the lamb bolognese was delicious and filling. I loved the addition of fresh carrots - a unique spin to the dish. Honestly, it was an awesome meal and a complete 360 from my last visit. Will be back soon!”

“We went for the first time last night. You can eat in the bar area or dining room. We chose the bar as the lighting was softer but there is a very nice fireplace in the dining room. We probably should have sat there as the restaurant is FREEZING! We, along with most patrons we saw in the bar, ate with their coats and hats on. Not sure what the issue is as the waitress said the heat was up as far as it could be? They have 2 splitters but they are not doing the job. It just takes away from the experience when you are eating and it is so uncomfortably cold. The bathroom was literally like being outside. For this reason, we would not return which is unfortunate. The food was pretty good and our cocktails were great! I had the holiday bowl which was very, very good. Our waitress was also very personable and attentive and the host was also very sweet. We expressed the coldness to him and he was very apologetic but honestly, what could he do? The heating system should be addressed for a more comfortable experience.”

Ordered the Steak Tips with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli, it was yummy and enough food for three meals. (No really I had some of the steak tips with eggs this morning, and still have enough for lunch). The flavor was wonderful. Service at the bar was excellent. Great fellow patrons. The Pumpkin Spice Martini is definitely a dessert and definitely stronger than you think it will be. 🍸”

“Cute spot in town center, parking is a bit challenging. My 2 friends and I sat at the bar and the service was friendly and fast. We ordered fried pickles to start and those were incredible. Didn't realize they had sushi and scored on 1/2 price Monday ( 1 per person) sushi was very tasty and fresh. With that we ordered the chopped Greek salad. It was great, overloaded with tomatoes but still good - I love chickpeas in my salad. I recommend for casual dinning.”

“My husband and I were in Rockport to do a little Christmas shopping, and we found this gem of a restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by the co-owner into their beautiful space set right on the ocean. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and our lunches were yummy. I had a grilled fruit salad (a special)and savored every bit of it. My husband had their clam chowder and burger plate and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. He gave me a taste of the chowder and hands down it is my favorite chowder in New England. Delicious! “Had a great table overlooking the harbour. Sadly, we were attended by "Hailey's Waitress" (comes around every 80 years). Bright and bouncy, she had plenty of time to chat with colleagues and other tables. When we finally got her attention (the ice in my drink had completely melted), she was surprised that we hadn't got our food. She appeared a few moments later with the saddest sushi we have ever seen. Who wants grey avocado? We paid our drinks bill and left. The Studio redeemed itself in part for a late lunch. We were the only table there so service was good, unsurprisingly. Very good burger with salad and fish tacos with fries.”
