“We’d been planning a family trip to Sleepy Hollow with the kids for Halloween & Thanksgiving for months. Had heard and read much about this restaurant but we were so disappointed by the food. I seldom give negative reviews but I do not recommend anyone to travel so far out of the city to end up with a dry, bland meal like I did. The Fish was devoid of any flavor or taste. The Pasta was no better, absolutely no flavor. Just white sauce and penne, sadly. I understand it gets busy around this time of year but no one deserves a meal that was made out of such boredom.”

“I went with friends and we shared some tasty fries as an appetizer. I had the garlic and white wine mussels and pasta main, which was disappointing because the broth was watery and had little flavor. The Tollhouse cookie dessert was fantastic, though, as was the Paloma cocktail.”

“We picked up dinner for a small family gathering. The honey salmon that my sister in-law ordered was dry, the 2 orders of side fries tasted old and very salty. The chocolate cheesecake had freezer burn ! The only thing that was decent were the two pasta orders and the beet salad. Very disappointing since I’ve been living here 23 years and finally decided to try this restaurant! Now I know!”

“The gator bites alone are worth the trip to Rye. The place is hudden in a residential area. The bacon explosion sliders were great. The porterhouse pork chop was so good. The jambalaya was somewhat bland but adding hot sauce made it good. The sloppy joe burger was also exceptional. I loved it all.”

“I had my daughters birthday dinner celebration there tonight. We was on the rooftop which was very nice. The service and food was excellent. Kim was an excellent server , her customer service was excellent. There was two others that was helping too and they was very nice also. Will definitely come back for brunch.”

“We went to celebrate our anniversary. Just came across Chat in a search. The service was great and the food was excellent. I highly recommend Chat. The French onion soup was delicious, the onions were tender and sweet, and the broth was not salty. It was the best I've ever had. Salmon was fresh and best of all was the Chat Cafe coffee.”

“Cinco de Mayo so not only do we want to support local but try something new and eat some yummy Mexican food! Ordered online via their website, super easy! Pick-up was for 615pm, got there and order wasn't ready but the service was professional, friendly and after waiting 10 minutes had my food and was on my way. By the way, the restaurant was hopping and it smelled amazing in there. My hubby got the mix fajita with chicken and steak and my kids got the steak fajita while I opted for the pork tostada's and we shared the beef empanadas app and fresh guacamole with housemade chips. Everything was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Can't wait to see what else is on their menu! 🇲🇽”
