“pretty good! the waiter who first came to our table and explained the meal was excellent and for the most part they were all very attentive. one staff member kept getting their phone out and it was kind of distracting in the dim area of the restaurant where we sat and where they were standing. timing of the dishes was a little erratic. at the end, i was still chewing my tenderloin when the server took the dish away and placed the design front of me. i thought that was pretty weird. overall cool experience.”

“A very friendly place here in old town Savannah. Just a couple block off the river… Smiles and quick service today! Plenty of parking and easy access. Food was very well prepared and presented. We both wanted stew so we had crab and Brunswick. Both were great! For our entree we ordered a stuffed flounder and the redfish w/grits. Both entrees were good. The redfish was seasoned well and light. The stuffed flounder spoke of red pepper and the crab cake was definitely forward as well. The flounder was a little lost in the dish, but the texture was great. Sauce was well seasoned. Sides were the Brussels sprouts and collards. They both were of a different flavor profile and offered a sweetness and texture which paired well. We were stuffed… no desserts for us! Staff seemed happy to be here and were attentive without bothering our experience.”

“Our experience here was top-notch in every way (the absolute best on our entire weeklong trip in Charleston and Savannah)! The atmosphere was intimate, the lighting was romantic, the décor was chic and warm, and the music was downtempo and chill. We received complimentary bread to start, which was soft and delicious with herbed butter magic on the side. The cocktails and food were exquisite and comparably priced to other upscale establishments we visited. For dinner, we ordered Caeser Salad, Grilled Strip Steak, and a half order of House Made Garganelli. The salad was delicious (enough for 2), and we appreciated the presentation. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted divine with the black garlic demi-glaze. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the Bolognese was oh so flavorful with just the right amount of sauce. What elevated our experience to the next level was our amazing server, Calia(?) who was attentive, on-point with timing, and gave us incredible service. She helped us celebrate a recent life event without prompting, and we were sincerely grateful to her. So glad to have tried this incredible restaurant and cannot wait to return on our next visit.! 10/10 gold stars!”

“Fabulous dinner at 700 Drayton. The Shrimp with Calabrian chili butter is a must have on the menu, the sauce is out of the world. The mussels were very tender and joy. Arugula and Asparagus salad were very nice. Want to also mention our server Joey who was awesome. Thanks for the great experience!”

“Stopped by this place as a spur of the moment thing.. kind of a last minute spontaneity. This place was quiet and suprisengly had a little dining area.. the outside is a bit to be desired, but I try to give every place a chance and I'm glad I did. I love BBQ and this was right on my way. The ribs are pork and was falling off the bones, and the baked beans were creamy just how I like it, not too sweet, not to sauced. The customer service is whats to be expected in a small place like this in a busy passing area, southern hospitality 😁. Its a bit different, but I care about the cleanliness and the food which seemed to be right in place, the prices are reasonable, and I mean, who doesn't love BBQ?? 😊. I had the kids try some to get their opinion and one said, " now that's what I'm talking about!" Lol, and the other asked, " why does the mac n cheese taste tangy? " it had a taste we can only describe as bitter/vinegar like 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. The overall was good, no food poisening or sickness. Let us know if you visit and what the food taste like for consistant taste review.”
