“I have been going to Ashland Cafe since 1997. The food is always amazing, service is very quick, and always attentive staff. My favorite "go-to" dish is the creamed chipped beef. It is the best around. If you stop in, congratulate MOISES. He has been a staple at Ashland for 20 years!!! Amazing person! While the cafe does serve lunch and dinner, my favorite is breakfast! Enjoy!!”

“Gabrielle was a great server, she was kind and helpful. Her recommendation of the cream of broccoli soup was much appreciated, it was great. I'm also a big fan of the sausage gravy & biscuits, it's one of the best I've had. The coffee was also refreshing. I'm always happy when I get to visit Ashland Cafe.”

“I ordered the crab dip to carry out, and not only was the container small, the container was half empty. With the rise of prices and inflation, quality and customer service at this restaurant is certainly declining. I see why people are deciding to eat at home, and this experience was very unfortunate and disappointing. Don’t waste your time at this restaurant, they are scamming patrons with their portion sizes. I wish I could provide them zero out of five stars.”

“Visited 2.4.23 FOOD: 4.5 Ordered the Spicy Tempura Shrimp, Ultimate Seafood Egg Rolls, Shrimp Po Boy and the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta and the Crab Rangoon. The food tastes pretty good, I wish the spicy tempura shrimp was actually spicy. It was much more on the sweet side. Everything else was pleasing. AMBIANCE: 5 The seating area was small but nicely laid out with a bar in the middle and kitchen in the back. STAFF: 5 Robert was our server and he was nice and attentive to detail. Food came out in a timely matter as well. OVERALL 4.8”

“I got crabs from Nick's yesterday and they did not disappoint. First off, the customer service over the telephone was wonderful. I didn't feel rushed at all and the woman taking my order was the sweetest. She let me know that they only had 6 jumbo crabs left. I quickly ordered the last 6 jumbo crabs (plus 6 smaller crabs) and baby....those crabs were not only jumbo...but absolutely delicious!! I can't wait to go back. 😋”

“The menu is casual, but it's interesting and varied. All three of us had the salmon sandwich , which is offered with a side. Two of us had the house salad and the third person had the sweet potato fries. We split a chocolate brownie a la mode, coffee and wine. All very, very good. The ambiance is warm, welcoming and very cosmopolitan. They offer outside seating and the servers are very efficient and friendly. Will be back.”

“Went here to check out the venue for a birthday brunch I'm having that would accommodate a pretty large group. Sad to say I will not be going here for my brunch the food wasn't anything to brag about. Parking is a nightmare, service was meh, and they gave me and my friend 2 days old potatoes warmed up. Ew! They were not just visibly old but dry and hard to taste. We tried to explain it to the waitress she just said she would tell the chef but we were paying good money for our food and drinks and wanted to be accommodated accordingly. So my friend asked again for fresh potatoes and as you can see in the pictures I provided there was a huge difference. I won't be going back here or recommending this place to anyone.”

“After overhearing my auto mechanic talking to another customer about this cafe, I knew I had to give it a try! 1st, they passed the Anthony Bourdain test, the rest rooms are impeccable! The remodel of this classic neighborhood space is very comfortable & on point! Service was timely & friendly. The attention to the food is awesome! Locally sourced where possible & very fresh! I’ve had both breakfast & lunch there and look forward to my next visit! Be sure to save a little room for some fresh hand dipped ice cream or A Real Milkshake! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The sandwich I had here was very good. The cheese steak sandwich was so big and have a good taste. The employees were very friendly and made sure I feel very comfortable. “Literally the worst food. Ordered wings, fries & crab dip. Wings were not fried enough. Crab dip wasnt warm it was kinda cold and just mostly sour cream/cream cheese, barely any crab & served with burnt fried wonton chips (see photo). Fries were good. I never like this food truck when I have it but I always give it another chance. I’m over it though, never ordering again. It’s a waste of money.”
