“Order ahead of time over the phone without issue, putting in for the Monte Cristo, Onion Rings, and a Garden Salad with Russian. When I arrived I was greeted by a waitress who was very excited for me to have my dinner, which actually got me excited to eat it. She exclaimed how hot everything was, how good the fries looked, and how yummy it smelled. That was a nice touch even if she was just playing it up. When I got home and dug into it all I was very satisfied. The salad wasn't too much with its size, which seems to be an issue for a lot of restaurants where the salad is treated like a meal itself. The onion rings were a little on the softer side then I like, but, they were jam packed with flavor. And the Monte Cristo was delicious, the swiss cheese, ham and turkey combo hugged by the soft and sweet french toast bread. The fries were as the waitress said, very good, crispy but with a tender inside and a solid potato flavor. Even the pickle skewer was fresh, and helped the fries go down. Overall for the rather cheap price of $28, I got a real banger of a meal!”

“It's been a strange year. Vacations are just not what we would like nor is eating out what we are used to. Our vacation we decided to try out an RV at a nearby campground but didn't want to make a big deal about cooking. where to go? Campground suggested many options, "Bubbles" being one of them. Social distancing and masks were ready to serve customers. This particular day the hurricane/tropical storm were rolling in so I opted for a comfort food of a hot roast beef sandwich. SO had a French dip which he has said was really good. Both meals just seemed larger than expected and hit the spot. As usual though, meal was large enough to put off dessert. Parking is reasonable, servers were personable, prices were good. Since this is a local favorite, we'll just have to return to try the ice cream.”

“Absolutely fantastic! Our beautiful children had their wedding in the tent followed by an amazing reception in the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to convert the beach bar tent into an intimate, lovely wedding venue. Including painting over beer signs the morning of the wedding! The dining room became a cozy, warm inviting atmosphere for all attending. The food was superb. The display of the past and carving stations were professional and delicious! The dessert display was also beautiful. The service was exceptional, each guest was approached, welcomed and taken the very best care of. Michelle and Tina have excellent taste and created a beautiful atmosphere. We would give Dock Browns 10 out of 5 stars!!!”

“Another place that never fails to impress. Always exceeds expectations. One server in particular had the patience of a saint and was the epitome of quality service and detail. We had a party of 10 which he handled with grace and finesse. That alone would keep me coming back and ask to be seated in his section but the food was nothing short of an extension of our server. Pictured are the Roasted Wasabi Shrimp, Cavatelli & Flat Iron Steak Frites.”

“January 2024 I ordered catering for a family event. I placed my order one day before the event, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fill orders in such a short timeframe. I ordered a nugget tray, the southwest wraps, fruit cups, drinks, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a large crowd as usual. I got the attention of a staff member and notified them I was picking up a catering order. The team member quickly notified a team leader, and my order was brought out to me in less than two minutes. Two team members brought the items to my car for me and packed them so they would not tip over. I thought that was an extra show of care that I appreciated considering how busy the restaurant was. When I unpacked the bags at the event, there was cutlery included. My only feedback would be to include cups because I ordered 2 gallons of beverages, but there were no cups. In summary, I will definitely be using this chain for my catering needs again. The cost of the entire order definitely was comparable to the time I would have spent buying items and assembling them myself.”
