“"This is a lobster house, no crabs allowed." The sign proudly hung on the entrance. Red's Lobster House (not to be confused with the franchise Red Lobster) is a pier side restaurant with a family oriented atmosphere. The staff are cheery, welcoming, and attentive. My group was placed in outside seating which gave us a fantastic view of boats going by, however the restaurant also has indoor seating. The food was great, simple yet executed expertly. I had the lobster roll, which was worth every dollar. My group also ordered a pitcher of sangria which was refreshing. The alcohol menu is limited to a few wines so if you're not accustomed to the taste of fermented grape juice I suggest you bring your own bottle. If you have a craving for lobster and don't mind the fees, lobster is priced at market value, I see no reason not to come.”

“We visited last Friday and returned today. The food was truly outstanding. My wife adores the chicken salad sandwich, and I tried the burger the first time. However, today I opted for the penne alla vodka with meatballs, and it was absolutely incredible. Hands down, one of the best vodka sauces I've ever tasted.”

“10/10! Wait staff and cook staff easily accommodate allergy and ingredient substitutions. The Root Beer Bacon and Rum Buckets are a must! Great for a date or a family meal. They offer Sunday brunch , football menu, and had a fun Halloween seasonal drink menu. The hostess was able to provide coloring pages upon request. All food came out hot and as ordered. If you ask for side sauce you will get plenty! Beautiful views. They provide reusable bags for take home food which many places are not offering now. Don't forget to make a wish toss a coin in the fountain after you eat!”

“First of all, the place itself was all dirty. There was not a single clean table in the whole restaurant. Customers had to clean tables for themselves after a couple of minutes walking around looking for a clean one. When the guy at the desk asked me what topping I want for my cheeseburger, I said ketchup. I didn't know it's going to mean I'll literally have a patty, a slice of cheese and ketchup(!) between buns. Lettuce, tomato etc is not included in the basics. Almost 40 bucks for two small cheeseburgers (and I mean they ARE small), small fries and fountain drinks. Oh yea and the flavored sprite didn't have the flavor in it!”

“My wife and I shared a grilled shrimp over arugula salad, and a grilled swordfish. We made several special requests for each dish. Everything was perfect! It arrived warm still at a good temperature. We just put it on our plates and enjoyed a lovely quiet dinner together. My only surprise that it is a cash only restaurant. Fortunately a cash machine is right next to the pickup counter.”

“I’d have to say the pizza was delicious. I ordered and was told 1hr 20 min. Arrived at 1hr ten and was given a soggy pizza box which means food sat for a while. Mozzarella sticks also cold. Salad may be good but no fork and I’m not a hand tossed salad guy. I will give them another try as the pizza even though not hot was really good.”

“BJ’s is the winner of the return to restaurant choice. We’ve been here four times and each time surprised by our meals and the great service, once you get seated. BJ’s is a brewhouse and has a large amount of seating and adequate food staff. Wait times can be rough around any weekend but typically 10 to 15 minutes during the week. Their mixed drinks are very good, I’ve had a few of their beers and haven’t found one I like yet , but margaritas and sangrias are all very tasty. Last night I had the prime rib with Sriracha brussels sprouts and fries. My wife had a very good looking chicken dish. But we shared avocado eggrolls and fried dumplings, which were both very good, as are all of their appetizers. But be prepared typical appetizers $15. This is not a cheap place The noise level is pretty big loud but it’s a brewhouse after all, and attention to detail is probably the best I have seen in the last dozen times we’ve eaten out. The prime rib was very good. I’ll include pictures. As was everything else that we had With the prime rib. I ordered rare and got it nicely rare cooked through beautifully pink perfect pink and it is a weekend special $35 I believe. It comes with a cookie cake dessert. Fresh baked. So like I said, we’ve been there four times now and each time has been a nice pleasant and eventless experience. I believe the best experiences to have your wait staff just do their thing magically cleaning your table Without disrupting you, but be tentative always to make sure your drinks are full and they ask of everything is good and if you need anything. The two things that really stand out at any eatery to me is if the person who is serving you tells you their name, and to that they bring extra napkins if they see you struggling - without you having to ask for them. That’s from the tiniest little breakfast place to the fanciest place you could eat that should be two things that are automatic. I hate calling a server. Hey you. So our bill was $125 to give you an idea that’s a two drinks prime rib chicken, something to appetizers and two cocktails. Not bad in our area near the ocean Atlantic that is. We will be back.”

“Thankfully we got a table as walk ins, but the place was pretty busy. It’s a very beach vibe and the menu reflects all of the summer favorites. We got the Korean wings and avocado fries for starters. The wings were good, but I would pass on the avocado fries. I decided to take a chance and go for the tuna bowl. To my surprise, the tuna was delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly and it filled me up. My boyfriend got the double burger and he could barely finish it. His only commentary was that the waffle fries were trash.”

“Loaded lobster rolls! Pictured are both our regular, Classic Maine rolls to show they vary in size (only reason I gave 4 stars). We got it to go. It was perfect, and hit the spot 🥲❤️. We will definitely make this a regular stop! You pass this place on your way to the shore- a great place to stop for a bite! It looked nice and was right by the docks. More outdoor seating than indoor, and was very clean. Staff was super kind and honest about wait times. I recommend calling ahead on your way in or out of the shore to place your order. If you are passing it on your way out of the shore, don’t let Google Maps try to take you back on the bridge for a u-turn. Drive all the way down the parking lot (along the right side of the restaurant) and make a left on that street. Your gps will reroute!”
