“Our party of 6 arrived with a reservation and was immediately seated. Our server Diveen was friendly, took our humor in stride and was attentive. The atmosphere is upscale with a nice beer, wine and liquor menu highlighted with local flavor. The food menu is also filled with local flavor highlighted with whitefish, cherries and apples. The food was a bit too salty for my taste, but others thought it was fine. A relaxing night out for a good dinner.”

They also sell lamps made by a local artist from the Clase Azul tequila bottles!”

“A nice, if a bit expensive, place to eat and drink in downtown Rochester. We came on a Friday in February and it was easy to get a table. The other places we tried first were packed so this was nice to get seated right away. The inside is nice and spacious with good seats. Some bench and some tables. The staff were really friendly and our waitress was awesome. We ordered apps, a few entrees and lots of drinks. Everything we had was really good. The soup was amazing. They have a really great drink menu, a great bourbon / whiskey menu, and a really good wine menu. Overall everything was fantastic, my only minor gripe was how insanely expensive it was. Recommended!”

“I dined here last month, absolutely loved it. Location-wise this is wonderful as it is near my job, and has lots of parking, plus shopping. Our server was fantastic, she explained the menu well and assisted us with our drink choices. I loved the food. Pasta was fantastic, as was my soup. Tony was one of the best servers we’ve had in years, super personable with great recommendations. I also loved the decor and aesthetic- a renovated historic bank from the 1800’s! So cool. Even the ladies room decor was cute. Prices were a bit higher than our preference but it was a special occasion and everything was tasty. We’d come back when we’re in the Detroit area! Ps- it was a little difficult to find because the signage is minimal and street parking was a little tricky, but the food and every other aspect was 100%!”

“First time here and there were 8 of us for Friday dinner. Made a reservation and we were seated immediately for our 5:30 time. Loved the atmosphere...very upbeat and an industrial feel to the place. The food was delicious for all of us. The walleye my brother-in-law ordered was a very large piece and worth the $22.95. The kids ate all their Mac & Cheese. I shared with my husband the Classic 1/4 burger w/o onions (with cheddar added) and the PB & C Burger. Was skeptical about the PB & C Burger, but it was amazing!!! Best burger I have ever had. For dessert we tried the Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich and it did not disappoint, very tasty 😄 The Red Velvet Cheesecake my nephew ordered wasn't the best after we all tried a bite, unfortunately, for our tastes we wanted it sweeter, haha, and the red velvet cake moister.”

“First time coming here. Our waitress Alisha was awesome! Very accomadating. Chill atmosphere. They provide a salad with a bread basket. For appetizers, we had the wrapped bacon shrimp with honey crackle BBQ sauce. I ordered the 12oz Delmonico medium well with a side of mashed potatoes and shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes were my favorite! For dessert, we had the vanilla Creme brulee and their signature special, which I believe was a cream puff with ice cream. Highly recommended.”

“Tried out a newish local spot called Nashville Detroit. It's been open for I think around 9 months. I was able to go two different times and me and my husband tried a couple different things. We met the owner and he was very nice and he shared his excitement for making good food and having a carry out spot because he is focused on the food and not all the other things involved with running a restaurant. When you walk in you can tell that the place is clean and airy and I like that you can see the cooks making the food. Everything is made from scratch. The first time there I had a Nashville Hot Fish sandwich and let me tell you that fish sandwich was fire. Literally and figuratively. Lol The spice was real. I like spice so I loved it. I also tried their Sweet Grilled Corn that was pretty good. My husband also got some loaded fries with mac and cheese and chicken called Nash Mac Fries. Overall, he liked it, but because the mac and cheese wasn't that great, it took away from the loaded fries. If you're looking for a traditional mac and cheese, this is not it. There was some type of sauce drizzled on top and if you look at one of my pictures closely you can see the sauce drizzled on top of the dry pasta. It's definitely not a lot of sauce and it's not blended in with the pasta. The second time there we ordered Catfish Bites, Collard Greens, and Corn Bread Stuffing and a Cow and Piggy Burger. The catfish bites were spectacular. They tasted fresh and they had a cornmeal batter that wasn't too thick. The collard greens were delicious They were well seasoned, and I'd love that they weren't overcooked. The stuffing was also very good and well seasoned but it was just a little dry. It would be excellent if gravy came with the dressing. It's available on the side but we didn't notice that until after. Usually cornbread and gravy are served together so we thought it would be included. My husband liked his burger and of course the fries are crispy and well seasoned. We're happy to have found this spot and we'll definitely be back again in the future to try other things on the menu. Pro tip. Definitely order ahead so that you don't have to wait for your food.”

It is brought out in cast-iron pans to keep it warm presented on a wood board. The hostess wasn't very friendly, when a group if us walked in she just pointed where we are supposed to go. There is no bathroom in the restaurant, you have to walk allllll the way to the other side of the lobby hotel for a bathroom.”
