“Omg yum! The breakfast here is so good! We walked in and there was a 15 minute wait which was not bad. You order your food and drinks at the counter and then they sit you at a table and the food comes out. They have a great system and great service. We got the pork chops, eggs, and cheesy potatoes. It was a first for me having pork chops for breakfast but I wanted to try something true to their menu. The combination of flavors and the apple sauce with the pork was amazing! So good!! They didn't disappoint. As the photo shows, I had the corned beef hash and eggs, with country potatoes, cornbread, and coffee. As you can see, the portioning is very good. You won't leave here hungry! The corned beef hash was just a tad to the greasy side, but it was absolutely delicious!! The country potatoes were to die for. The cornbread, light, fluffy, and equally delicious. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place! I will very definitely be back. I think I've found a new favorite place!!”

It's a tiny space and we had to choose between a high-top by the door on chilly night, 47 in Pleasanton, or a cramped location on the wall where you were in contact with the chair of the person behind you. “Wow wow wow! What a great pastrami sandwich! Between 4 people, we ordered 1 regular OG pastrami and 1 reuben, both with a side of the brisket vegetable soup. One sandwich is good for sharing between 2. The brisket and vegetable soups were piping hot and so flavorful. The sandwiches, my gosh, I don't think I've ever had such a good sandwich in my life. The pastrami was tender and juicy, and the bread was soft and well toasted at the same time. Just perfect.”

The atmosphere was nice, except for the music, which was obviously geared towards a younger crowd. But the food was so good, I totally tuned out the music. Magnolias is a MUST try.
