“Visited World Burger for the first time this week, and I must say, I was not disappointed. We had never gone in before so we thought it was a sit down restaurant, not fast food. However we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was somewhat of a mix between the two. While you do order at a counter, and eat out of throwaway packaging, the food took longer to prepare, and was noticeably higher quality. Both my partner and I ordered a burger meal. The burger was fresh, tasty, and quite large, like very large. To the point where we were too full for fries! For the money, this was certainly expected, but also impressive. The staff themselves we're very friendly and patient. The facilities were impeccably cleaned, organized, and decorated. The inhouse bathroom albeit small were much appreciated. Finally, we loved the additional of memes and funny videos on one of the TVs. Certainly a unique and quirky choice that we enjoyed thoroughly.”

“The beer is excellent. The fries were good - crispy on the outside and done right. The burger was good-OK. However the jokey waiter was off-putting. Everything was joke or an attempt at clever repartee. Too much personal information bordering on unprofessional. The service in terms of speed and quality was good, but could have done without the "entertainment" at the table. The waiter's smelled like he was drinking beer which made us wonder if his "jollyness" was as a result of imbibition. It was uncomfortable and hence the 3 stars.”

“Wholesome burgers in the middle of Little Italy, we were impressed. Friendly service, good portions, good taste, good price. Service was very friendly. For 2 burgers, some sweet potato fries, tax and tip, the whole thing came in under $40.”

“Went for lunch here with my son today. The food was awful. We ordered the smoke platter for 2 at 42$ which isn’t a bad deal for 4 meats. It’s supposed to come with fries and coleslaw. It arrived at our table no coleslaw only pickled onions, and the fries were the only redeeming part about the whole meal. We selected ribs x2, sausage and smoked chicken. The times 2 ribs was a total of 4 ribs with very little meat on them and the meat that was in them while it did have a smoked flavour was tough as nails. The meat did not fall off the bone we essentially had to gnaw on them to eat them. The chicken was dry as dust and over cooked as was the sausage. We ended up only eating the ribs and packed the rest to go. I’m not good at complaining when I’m not satisfied with food quality but I did think the waiter would ask why we didn’t eat any of the food. He was otherwise a great server though. We also got 2 drinks at 4.50 a piece for pop. For a bill with 20% tip being almost 70$ for two people, I really expected more.”

“This restaurant cares about walk in customers only but they have no care for on-line customers. They should realize that on-line customers are also valued customers rather they pay premium price for their items (Walk in price and online price are not same). Even when you go there at the front reception, it'd be you shear luck to get any attention from any staffs especially, if someone is there to pick up they would pretend that they didn't see you just to avoid any extra work. You just stand there as if you're in a camp waiting to get some food. If you're are a delivery person and see any order from this restaurant, just decline it because your self respect is more important than money. These guys forget that they were survived by online orders during COVID..”

“This place is, unfortunately, run down and messy. The outside parking lot is a pot hole disaster. Staff are constantly rude and uninterested in being there. I order chicken fingers and fries with gravy. I got a handle of fries and cold congealed gravy. I've submitted several survery from their receipts and have never received a response back.”

“I love going to Tutti Frutti for breakfast with my husband and sometimes our kids come too. We always request to sit in Deanna's section when we see her there. She's awesome! Very kind, friendly, attentive and has a great memory. She knows our orders by heart (4 people). She always seems calm, even when it's very busy during the breakfast rush. I would like to note a couple of food related opportunities for improvement. Some of the meals include fruit. Despite the photos of the fruit on the menu showing strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, the owner (or manager) doesn't include them with the meal unless you pay extra because berries are expensive. I find this frustrating since I love fruit with my breakfast, especially berries. Also, every once in a while, the melons are not ripe, they're hard and tasteless. A couple of times they have tasted sour, like they're going bad. The owner (or manager) is very friendly but also loud. He often shouts across the restaurant at customers arriving and tells them where to sit. I find this incredibly rude and disrespectful to them and those already enjoying their breakfast. The shouting affects the atmosphere. I promise, I'm not a "Karen". I rarely complain about anything. These are minor but I feel they should be mentioned. My husband (and kids) love any breakfast, as long as it includes eggs, bacon, toast and coffee. I hope I haven't turned whomever is reading this away. We love this place and eat there most Saturday mornings. It's the highlight of my day.”
