“Great place to go for a day of fun! Our last day of our trip we spent a couple hours here. 3 different escape rooms, go carts, mini golf, bumper boats. They have food with souvenir cups and a whole arcade. Definitely a great place to visit. Friendly staff and very clean”

“My family loved this spot. We visited on a Friday evening & were immediately able to get three lanes to ourselves. There were a couple of other lanes busy with groups but the place was quiet & we felt like we had the spot to ourselves. Staff was extremely accommodating & helpful with a great sense of humor. “Not as big or fancy as a Dave n Busters, but still a great local fun place for the family. Play the games, win some tickets, get some prizes. They have some really cool stuff you can save tickets for and then some trinkets and candy if you want to cash in quick. The young lady working the counter was friendly and good with the young kids. The miniature golf was pretty good. This place was a good value for a family on a budget and we all had fun!”

“Went for a last minute date night on a Friday during glow night. It was fun but not worth the price. We got there an hour before closing and it was still full price which was ~$35pp. Kids were pretty well behaved and considerate. Staff were as helpful as you expect teenagers to be. We'd love to go back but might need to wait for a coupon or something 😬”

“I never leave negative reviews but felt compelled to. We have a membership and had always looked forward to going here. Even had a few birthday parties here. It has really gone downhill the past few years. Always seems to be under construction. Today the arcade was out of service. The foam blocks are all breaking apart, leaving the kids’ clothes and hair covered in foam pieces. The floor is lifting in several areas- painful to step on as my daughter discovered. Hope they turn it around soon or I imagine they’ll be losing lots of members, myself included.”

“I don't usually post bad reviews , I just don't go back but this incident has me mad ! I've had several parties at the North Fayette location. This past Sunday, I had another one for my son. BEFORE I start, I have to say that our hostess was amazing . Went above and beyond ! Now comes the bad part ...I went to pay my bill, and the manager had no idea what was owed. He basically had to ask me what I got, other then the 20 kid package 🤦🏻♀️He was manually entering in the calculator. When he told me my total, I informed him that can't be right, it was way too high & he probably wasn't deducting my deposit. He insisted it was correct. Ok, I paid and left . Went home & logged into my urban air account to look at the receipt. Didn't recognize the card number , and it stated I left $171 tip on my card. Incorrect - I tipped the hostess cash. So I call...the manager then tells me that there was a problem and someone there accidentally rang out someone else on my sons party & thats why he was manually doing my total. So then we went through the totals & finally he agreed I was over charged and he would have the manager call me the next day. Well someone called me but not the manger of the store. The lady was confused on what I was tying to explain to her. She was referencing my online receipt, where again I had to explain that is NOT my correct receipt due to someone at Urban Air ringing some one else out for my party . She seemed agitated and said she couldn't do anything until she called that location to figure out what happened, that she would call me back later that day or the next. Well 2 days later I still haven't got a call back. I emailed Tami yesterday , the party coordinator, still nothing.... So 1- they over charged me and 2- I do not have a valid receipt for a party I paid for. God knows how much they really even owe me. Urban Air is expensive as is. I'm extremely irritated with the lack of communication. You can't over charge a customer; provide no receipt & then continuously ignore them. I called corporate today and filed a complaint. We shall see”

“Last minute visit to here. I've been to this establishment for work but never went in. Various activities to do for all age groups. We got the Jungle Gym passes because my sone was under age for the other zones. He enjoyed himself & I followed him around the course(most of the stuff on the jungle gym course is designed for kids 4-6 years of age), I struggled to keep up with him because of some of the tight constrained spaces. We managed to meander around the whole course and he enjoyed himself. There's arcade games and other activities offered here also. We plan on having my son's next Birthday party here and will be making more visits here because it's fun & isn't extremely far from home. BTW if you do the waiver on in there website it would streamline and expedite the process of getting checked in (they will not admit you if a waiver isn't on file for every person visiting)”

“Took my daughter, niece and nephew here for my daughter’s Birthday. They had a blast. Went during the week because weekends are very crowded. Beside the gymnastics type activities they also have video games, a go-cart track and much more. They offer for sale fair style food. You can have kid’s birthday party here. I recommend getting the platinum ticket if you can afford it. It gives you access to all of the attractions without time limits. Take your adventurous kids here and They will have a blast and so will the adults. Shoes and personal socks are not allowed. They make you buy their grippy socks for a bout $3.50.”
