“It’s a sensory overload every time we walk in. The staff is great and helpful. I find something little each time we go and so does my husband. But for the sheer volume of toys and collectibles, I’m shocked we don’t walk out with more. It’s an old historical building so there’s a musty smell I didn’t notice last time. Perhaps it’s from the heating being turned on instead of a/c this time. Hubby said he noticed it last time, which is surprising because I’m usually so sensitive to smells I notice them when nobody else does. There is just so much to look at and there are so few exciting toy stores anywhere now. We drive an hour and a half to get here and we won’t stop coming. We do more looking than buying and honestly that’s worth the trip, but we know that doesn’t keep them in business. Sorry, we will keep trying to find more to buy and support you guys. It’s worth the trip either way, just for the excitement of looking and hoping to find something. Sometimes the hunt is more fun than buying. And if you are a pop collector they have a ton to look at with reasonable prices and even some pricier ones in the cases.”

“Clean grounds, variety of merchandise, most vendors friendly, well organized. Visited again, 9/14/2023. Great weather, a weekday so I expected it to be slow. Overheard some vendors say it was a slow week. Noticed a couple missing vendors I was hoping to see. Still, it is a good venue and we will return again next June.”

“Kind of pricey like another customer said. Also these dolls unnerved me but that can’t be helped. Just a random observation/comment. People were friendly and helpful there. I saw a ring that I wasn’t sure how much the seller wanted for it. So they took the time to contact the owner/seller and let me know how much they were asking for it. I was disappointed but I understood why it was $600 some. However, I was not disappointed with the employees. I enjoyed making small talk with them asking if any paranormal activity occurred there. Their answer was yes but they’d just heard things from other employees and not the two I spoke to. Other than the high but understandable prices on the jewelry it was a fun little trip. Got three little pieces of jewelry. All and all I got some nice birthday gifts for me.”

“Way too many repops, and commemorative bottles not enough vintage soda advertising pre 1970’s. If you’re going here for that hobby I don’t recommend. It could’ve been worse at least they have huge inventory of other cool things like furniture and trinkets.”

“This is a great store with very helpful and friendly staff. I also found many interesting and rare items like a rare vintage video game system called the Vectrex (which was sadly out of my price range). I totally recommend checking them out. Also funny story, the mens bathroom is paneled in old doors, which is mildly disconcerting in a funny way.”

“This is one of the cleanest thrift stores I have ever been to. I found a vintage desk posted online that went perfect in one of our bedrooms. Took the drive out to IN and was presently surprised at all the trinkets and items, most in great condition, very well taken care of and organized by the friendly staff there. I plan on returning.”
