“Very unpleasant hotel. Poor customer service, lousy breakfast and NO hot water. During our 4-night stay at Rosas Blancas, we couldn't take any hot shower. Following a long ski day, we merely wanted to take a relaxing shower and chill for the rest of the night. That was not possible! We had to shower under freezing water. We contacted the person at the front desk to resolve the issue every night but, long story short, the problem was never resolved. Therefore, on the last night the staff gave us the keys to another cabin so we can go take a hot shower. With all being said, we asked for some kind of compensation but to our dismay there was none! The manager (who was never on site) denied, over the phone, the compensation because (and according to her) we had hot water during our stay. Last but no least they were open trench along the sidewalk exposing the pipes. it looked like pipes were being replaced. Highly hazardous for the guests. Please refer to the attached pics.”
