My son loved clown show ! There should be more entertainment options like that for kids. We loved everything apart of noise in the rooms. You can easily hear your neighbors. “Stayed there Dec 19 to Dec 21. Rooms are huge. We booked two rooms both were located at the corners of the building. Not sure about the rest of the rooms.Our rooms were also clean and looked modern. Bathrooms were big and clean too. The guest house (only 7 rooms) is so near to the bus stops. They were just a few feet away.We used the bus to get to the Metro (train), Vatican, and other tourist spots. We used Google Maps to ride the bus and metro. Google Maps was accurate.Once you get used to riding Rome buses and Metro, you'll notice how convenient the location of the guest house is. Our booking included breakfast. They serve a lot of croissants, cereals, coffee, juice. You can also ask Andrea or Giorgio to cook eggs for you. Breakfast was good. Service is excellent. Once you've arrived to the guest house, Giorgio or Adrea will orient your group about the tourist spots/map of Rome. They also provided recommendations such restaurants ( even the cheap ones). You can ask them other questions about rome and how to get to the attractions. Both Andrea and Giorgio are accommodating and easy to talk too. Even their neighbor at the ground floor is nice and friendly. The guest house also has a luggage room. We were able to leave our bags when we came in early and left also our bags after we checked out.”

“We stayed at the Arte Boutique hotel in September 2023. We were with our toddler and our dog and were made to feel like home. Aneta and the rest of the team went the extra mile to make our stay in Florence really special. The location is ideal, very close to the city centre but without the hustle and bustle of it. The complimentary afternoon aperitifs set you off in the right mood for your evening in the city. Our room was quite spacious and the beds very comfy. The breakfast and cleaning staff were friendly and eager to help. When it was time to go, we were offered a farewell drink from Aneta and she also helped us to bring down our luggage. We were really thrilled with our stay and we are looking forward to staying there in our next trip.”

“Spent 2 nights in November 2022 and came back 5 nights in August 2023. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast starts at 6:45 (which is a bit to late in my opinion) and well provided. The renovated rooms on 2nd floor are really nice and clean. 3th floor felt a bit "old". Really worth the stay.”

“Hotel Ferton was clean and well maintained/comfortable. It's a 5 story older Italian building with a lift and a roof terrace that's cut into 3 sections for the 3 top suites to use. Ours had 2 sets of french doors leading on to the terrace area, and a jacuzzi bath and lovely new looking bathroom with a nice shower. Also a small mini bar/fridge. Unfortunately the WiFi did not work above the 3rd floor, or in our room and I had to go down 3 flights and sit on the stairs when I needed to use it. The man who checked us in was very nice and polite, as was one lady we briefly spoke to on reception. I struggled to sleep well as I had concerns over being up on the top floor with no external fire escape available in an emergency and having noted that all the fire doors on every floor were wedged open. I'm quite safety conscious though. The worst thing for me was the area the hotel was in. Although quite close to the central station, which was handy, the area was covered in graffiti and run down and I was asked for money constantly. It felt unsafe despite seeing regular police patrols and soldiers up and down the streets. I wouldn't ever go back for that reason.”
