Salcedo Village, 161 H.V. Dela Costa, Makati, 1220 Metro Manila, Philippines

“Dear Management Team (OPP) I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the numerous issues we encountered during our recent two-night stay at your establishment. While we appreciate the competitive rates, the overall experience was subpar and left us with a negative impression. Firstly, a consistent and distressing issue we faced was the presence of cockroaches throughout our stay. These pests were spotted on the side table and even inside the entrance door. I even captured a video of a cockroach in the bathroom. I promptly brought this matter to the attention of the duty manager, but this persistent problem significantly detracted from our comfort and overall satisfaction. Furthermore, despite our prior request and the trauma of our initial parking experience, we were unable to secure guaranteed parking upon our return to the hotel. This forced us to rely on Grab car services to ensure a parking spot would be available when we returned. The inconvenience of waiting for parking, especially after a tiring Christmas party event, was highly frustrating and served to exacerbate our already negative experience. In addition to these issues, the restaurant's ventilation system appeared inadequate, as the lingering smell of food permeated our clothes. Despite showering, the odor persisted, necessitating an additional shower to mitigate the unpleasant aroma. This aspect further contributed to our dissatisfaction with our stay. Regrettably, If a complimentary accommodation is offered, I will have to respectfully decline. The combination of the traumatic parking experiences, the persistent presence of cockroaches, and the lingering smell from the restaurant have left an indelible negative impression. Even with the lure of free accommodation, I cannot overlook the significant impact these issues have had on our stay and our overall perception of your establishment. I hope that this feedback catalyzes for meaningful improvements to address these critical concerns. We genuinely wish for a positive guest experience and hope that our feedback will contribute to the enhancement of your services for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and we hope to see significant improvements in the future. Sincerely, From Room 3507 PS: I have a video of the small cockroach. Just let me know if you want to see I am trying to upload unfortunately not supported. I tried to capture some photos. To be honest, it is all over the room there are like on the side table, entrance door, and sink. It was a nightmare to me.”

G1 Lodge Design Hotel

2 Leonard Wood Rd, Baguio, 2600 Benguet, Philippines

“The room we had was really small. There was no place to put things on. There was only 1 chair and 1 very small side table. The stairs also looked creepy. But what made this place priceless for me was the excellent service from the staff and the parking. Staff quickly responded to requests and were very friendly. Since this hotel is by session road, it's good for travelers without cars.”

Camelot Hotel
3.9
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

35 Mo. Ignacia Ave, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines

“The hotel, as its name suggests, is themed from a fictional place named Camelot. Its eye-catching external architecture is castle-inspired located in a bustling city where high-rise buildings and modern structures are common. Inside, the hotel is even more inspired by medieval times from its flooring, walls, to furnitures and decors. It has a restaurant and bar at the lobby and function halls. The room is quite a downgrade from its elaborate lobby design, and most furniture and cabinets are old and unusable. A/C needs reconditioning.”

Park Vil-la Apartelle
4.1
( 8 reviews )

1541 Quezon Ave, Diliman, Quezon City, 1104 Metro Manila, Philippines

“I recently stayed at Park Vil-La hotel on Quezon Avenue and found it to be an interesting budget option. The hotel's conversion from an old-style house added a unique touch to its atmosphere. While it's not a luxurious stay, the rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained despite their old appearance. It's worth noting that the absence of complimentary toiletries might catch some guests off guard, but you can conveniently purchase them at the lobby. One downside is the limited availability of power outlets, which could be inconvenient for those with multiple devices. During my stay, I did encounter some noise from other guests, which could affect overall comfort. However, the hotel's location was a major plus for me as it was conveniently close to my office, making it highly accessible. If you're looking for an affordable option with some quirks and don't mind a few compromises, Park Vil-La could be worth considering due to its location and reasonable upkeep.”
