“Be careful, everyone!!! I recently stayed at this hotel over the new year. I checked in on the 29th and left on the 1st of 2024. I had left behind some very important cards in one of the drawers. I realized this, unfortunately, on our way home and called immediately. They said there was nothing found in the drawers. So I assumed it was in my luggage; maybe one of my friends moved it. I get home, and it turns out there nowhere to be found. I confirmed with my friends that no one touched or moved it; they said they saw them in the dressers. So I called the following day, and I was told that there is still nothing in the lost and found and that their policy is that if they find something, they should return it; unfortunately, they did not follow through. I was told to call in the morning when a manager is in to find out who cleaned my room. So I did, and they still stated that there was nothing found and that the head of housekeeping personally cleaned that room. So unfortunately, I lost my important cards at this hotel, and the head of housekeeping doesn’t follow the return policy because I know for a fact they were left in the drawer. So please, everyone, make sure you retrieve everything when you stay at this hotel because they will not follow the policy and keep your belongings!!”
