Online cab will never comes outside hotel, you have to walk till main road. No lift. If you book online, receptionist will ask you to upgrade room as selected rooms is not ready and he will charge Rs. 200-300 extra. It's a cheating basically. You have pay full amount at the time of check-in. Overall this hotel's rooms doesn't deserve a rate of more than Rs.500-700 per night. Book this hotel at your own risk.”

However, I encountered a disappointing situation with Mr. Aftab, the reception manager. His treatment was less than satisfactory, and I found it to be quite unpleasant. Despite the positive aspects of my stay, this encounter has led me to give the hotel a one-star rating. I hope for an apology from Mr. Aftab to address the miscommunication and mistreatment during my visit Additionally, I would like to suggest implementing an escalation point of contact for guests to provide feedback directly. Everything was perfect for the price n the place was so central in Bandra West. Photos depict actual reality. Just one small issue which they are working on - a bit of traffic sounds seeps into the room but they do provide ear plugs just in case. Else we loved the place 💯”

“Had a horrible experience at the hotel - their lift will not work and to cite my personal instance, one of my family member got stuck in the lift after entering it to reach the hotel in 7th floor as someone switched it off. The lift was stuck between ground and first floor. Luckily since I was outside the lift, my family member called/ informed me through phone (luckily the network was strong), I had to run and locate the lift maintenance room and was able to get the lift manually opened up to get my family member come out of it. The whole ordeal took 20 minutes and the security at the venue was pathetic. They will not bother to help, will not even speak to us. The hotel’s reception/ control over the facility was again pathetic. They were unable to help us immediately and couldn’t get anyone to attend to the situation immediately. On a wholesome, it was a scary and horrible, nightmare experience. Besides all of this, the security and lift maintenance team started blaming the hotel authorities and vice versa. This hotel is definitely not worth it for a family to stay and relish!”
