“I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel. I booked it through a hotel website. The room we booked online looked spacious advertised at 300 square feet. It had a separate living area with sofa and table. The cost was more expensive than most in the area, but it was supposed to be spacious and was centrally located. However, when we checked-in, they gave us tiny room barely larger than the king size bed. The actual room was nowhere near 300 sq. feet, and it also does not have the living area as in the online photos. The room was so small that it was difficult to maneuver with luggage. I showed them at the hotel the pictures from the website, and they just shrugged me off. I told them I wanted a refund. They told me that they couldn’t, and I had to talk to the manager the next day. I wasn’t going give them any reason to not get a full refund, so I booked a room at another hotel and left shortly thereafter without staying in the room. I called the next day (March 10, 2022), and the manager was conveniently not around and never returned my call. This was a classic bait and switch, as you can see by the pictures. The room I was provided was clearly not the room I had reserved with the hotel, and even though I could prove it they refused to give me a refund. I disputed the credit card charge and got my money back”

We switched rooms for the second night due to the La terraza room only being available for the first night but loved the second room just as much if not more! Bath tub on the deck and a bed that rolled out was so cool. The staff are so amazing and made the experience even better- shout out to Elizabeth and Benjamin who are so welcoming and attentive. They made the experience as special as the hotel itself. We will 100% be back! The design, vibe and personal touches made it the most memorable stay and best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
