Friendly staff were informative and efficient. Ordered the BEST appetisers I have ever tried. Highly recommend the deer back with mustard ice cream. Yes, mustard ice cream. It did not disappoint! “Absolutely horrendous experience, paid 25€ for one dog per night, parking isn't free. Restaurant was sort of closed and only offered a buffet with barely any choice. Staff was not friendly at all even unworthy of working in tourism and they didn't even understand their own rules. Rooms weren't really clean either and there's a ton of noise coming from outside. Temperature can't be adjusted it's 23 degrees inside wich is way to warm for us. Please spend your money elsewhere they definitely don't deserve it.”

“We booked "honeymoon room" which is really small, but it has direct access to the nature so you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting outside and watching birds. Breakfast and dinner was served as buffet - nothing special, but plenty of choices and tastefull. Drinks are way too expensive (for a glass of wine -3dcl, we paid over 6EURO per person). Not all rooms have minibar or air condition - so double check if you need it! Spa was nicely made, water was warm, saunas very good. I found it strange to take our own towels from room to use them in wellness and then using the same ones for shower afterwards, but we found our ways. Nature around the hotel is fantastic! The only minus - staff. No smile, no good morning, some waiter just came took our plates and left - without asking or saying anything. Not everyone was like this, but it´s a pity for such a nice hotel.”

They are very clean and the fireplace makes you feel at home. The restaurant has excellent food that is locally sourced and obviously cooked and served with love. The breakfast is great as well, you can even get an omelette cooked to your liking. The wellness area is perfect for a relaxing afternoon after you explored the beautiful surroundings. Overall I can really recommend staying here, thanks again to all the staff!”
