Get the full Sea View two bedroom apartment with full kitchen & washing machine. Views are incredible here. A 5 Star experience.”

“Just a short walk to city center with lots of restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Clean room, great lobby with free water. The first room we got did not have a safe in it but we were quickly changed into a room with a safe, which is not bolted with the shelf.”

“There really is no location more perfect than this. All major spots, landmarks and even delicious restaurants are close by. There are many H10 Hotel branches, but H10 Medison is by far the best. The room was a little small, but the bed was very comfortable and everything was there. The meticulousness of preparing champagne and cake to celebrate my birthday was outstanding. I was very satisfied with Barcelona and... it was my first experience in Spain. Highly recommended.”

“The devil is in the details. In a 5* hotel those are the ones that form the opinion and the will to comeback or to avoid. You’re provided with a welcome cocktail which is a nice detail. The swimming pool area is nice and the hotel decoration is thematic and nice. Here the good things end. In a 5* hotel you expect to find a coffee maker and a good selection of teas in the room. Here we’ve found 2 cups and 2 teabags of the cheapest possible tea. No coffeemaker, no welcome snack. The rooms are nice but the furniture starts to get quite worn out. The restaurant in the basement should think to change the chef asap: the meat (costillas) was cold and we asked to warm it, what returned was a piece of meat completely burnt and impossible to eat. When the menu contains only 2 main dishes maybe it makes sense to try to cook at least those two with excellence. The quinoa salad was good. Desserts were very average. Not to come back.”

The hotel itself and poolside are beautiful, the food is delicious and plentiful and the staff are truly welcoming. What more could you ask for? Everyone is lovely but a special mention and thanks to Jorge, Marta and Estefania who always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and can’t wait to come back! “The Sea Hotel by Grupotel exceeded all our expectations. The location, the room, and the sleeping conditions were perfect. The beach is literally just one step away from the restaurant's terrace, and the view is lovely. The hotel offers a lot of facilities, including a pool, Spa, gym and a very relaxing solarium, where one can get a perfect tan while enjoying at the same time the view over the beach and Ca'n Picafort Bay. The restaurant is flawlessly organized, and the lounge bar complements the drinks with live music every evening. But if I had to pick only one great thing about this hotel that made our holiday so enjoyable, I'd definitely choose the staff as we were really impressed by the genuine smiles, efficiency, politeness and proactive attitude of the personnel.”

“Positive:- Cleanliness, location, WiFi, rooftop terrace, comfortable bed and pillows. Good buffet cold breakfast. Negative:- No change of bed linen in a week. No bar, vending machine only. No bathroom, toilet in bedroom, not ideal. Roof terrace open until 02:00, and our room was directly under jacuzzi, very noisy.. Residential area, no views. IMO the hotel was overpriced.”

“We can’t speak highly enough of this place. The room was gorgeous, all the people were lovely, the setting was stunning, the food was incredible and the art room was so much fun. On top of our amazing stay, our car broke down on our way out of the hotel and the staff moved heaven and earth to try and help us, packing us up with snacks, ordering tow trucks and even contacting their friend who works for Hyundai. “We had a great time at Inturotel Esmeralda! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Jorge who was so nice with us and who made us feel welcome. He really is the best and is a real asset for the hotel!!! The rooms are comfortable. The pools are very nice and quiet which is a real plus when you want to unwind and relax. The food is very good, there is something for everyone (variety). The homemade soups are excellent! The desserts however are average. The staff at the restaurant is amazing, so kind and accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to the beach and wonderful views from the pool by the beach or from the balcony of the room. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The staff is eager to please and always ready to help. We really appreciated the enforcement of the « no beach chairs reservation » rule! Some people think that putting their towel on a chair before opening hours grants them the privilege of having a chair reserved for them when they eventually show up sometimes 2 or 3 hours after!!! The staff is vigilant and we always found chairs at the pools thanks to them! But we must also mention that we were a bit taken aback by a phone call from reception on our first day asking us to remove our beach towel from the edge of the balcony cause it was forbidden and someone apparently told on us!!! This so called rule is not written anywhere and nobody told us anything on arrival! We took the phone call as an aggression and we really felt bad and not welcome at all. So much that we had to go to the reception and tell them how we felt. They apologized and felt sorry which helped us forget about this incident. Finally, it’s a good thing my wife is fluent in Spanish and that I am fluent in English for French is not the staff’s forte at all!!!! Even for the review on the hotel site , I only had the choice between Spanish, English and… German….! To conclude, we had a really great time and are very happy to have chosen this hotel ! Thanks and congrats to all the staff!!!!”

“When we first arrived in Seville, we were very confused. Because we had a rental car and there was no way to get close to the hotel. So, I decided to get out of the car, drag the luggage, and follow Google Maps to find a hotel. My husband waited in the car and had to be moved to another location by the patrol. After going through a few alleys, I found the hotel and understood why the hotel was not accessible by car. Seville's old town is like a maze. Once you leave the old town, it has the appearance of an ordinary suburban city that doesn't look like Europe. That's a very interesting fact. That's why our hotel was in a perfect location and was so great. The beautiful exterior of the hotel was enough to fascinate me, and they provided the best service for my tired body. I had no reason not to choose H10 Hotel. I highly recommend giving it a try.”

“Have just finished a 7 night stay here with my teenage daughter. The communal areas were spotless and well maintained. The pool area was beautiful and i made the most of the indoor hotub and sauna. I wish I could remember the names of key staff because it was the staff that made the holiday so great from the reception staff, to the lady that greeted us at ur meals each day, the barman who made the most amazing cocktails and the other staff that supported our stay. It was amazing! A couple of negatives. One of the pillows in our room had mould on and I did report it however the pillow was never changed, there weren't enough vegetarian options for the evening meals. I would still definitely stay again and most likely will visit again.”
