Every interaction, from housekeeping to the concierge, was marked by genuine friendliness and a willingness to go the extra mile. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They have a spa and we also enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was convenient, within walking distance of several landmarks. We had a two-night stay here but my family and I wished we could have stayed longer! “4 star hotel with 5 star service and location. The room is basic but good with complete amenities. Hotels need to learn to be flexible and sometimes a small generosity can go a long way. This is what FER hotel staff did. Complimentary cappuccinos and more water when we asked for it without making you feel like a criminal. Their command of English is also much better than the 5 star hotel we have moved to for 2nd leg of our trip. Personally, I think the breakfast is decent for 15euros. Not wow but again.. we didn’t expect a feast. Location is superb of course.. we walked to most of the tourist sites. Overall we think our stay had really good value for money”

“Food - the only displeasure of a meal i had here was breakfast. The options were meager to nil. They had lots of bread but lacked the basics (eggs, coffee, fruits) Stay time - horrible. The a/c's in the rooms are on timers (i had to wake up in the night to turn it back on), the wifi is governed by the front desk and I suspect they turn it off at night as well. The hallways were dark during the day and night. Many people on my tour described hair from the previous guests on the bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Room - was good for smurfs, hobbits, little people. You literally could not sit on the toilet and close the door because the door would hit your legs. Location - near three port cities but not near enough to walk with your family. Cabs are the only choice. I was charged to two different prices to go and come back.”

Dinning area is nice, spacing between tables are sufficient, to give you the relaxation.The staffs and chefs are friendly, to welcome and introduce the food. Mall of Istanbul (a huge mall) is located next beside, an exclusive pathway offered to the hotel residents to access easily. The Cat Manager always stays in the hotel check in area.
