“Absolute divine! Absolutely loved our stay, it was perfection. I forgot to take pics, but it looks exactly like the published photos. Why this hotel is the best: - location in the heart of old town - underground parking €30 per night - Very dog friendly, we were allowed to bring our little boi, the hotel had a bowl for him, a bed and a towel which was great. You can also take your dog for a quick walk around the corner there is a dog friendly small park. - cafe downstairs to pick a nice cup of coffee when you’re up or purchase the breakfast which we have not tried. - The room was spotless, had all the amenities, was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet with really good insulation, it didn’t feel we were in the heart of town and had a good night sleep. - The staff was super friendly and welcoming. - Price was great value Thank you for an outstanding stay in Prague, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it & come back.”

Our room was on the 5th floor, it was spacious, very well appointed and quiet, our stay was very relaxing. “Very nice and pet friendly hotel! :) We stayed 1 night, with my husband and my dog, and it was wonderful. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and looked quite new. If you’re traveling with a dog, it’s the perfect location as the hotel has a grass area and a small field attached to it, our little guy had the best time running around and we felt it was very secure to let him off leash :) Would recommend and we hope to come again!”

Hot even with window open and heater/thermostat off. Sleeping/rest is awful on 2nd floor. Ironically I asked for quiet floor/room when reserving. “Had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were looked after from start to finish. Such a chilled environment. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel with extremely convenient location. Would definitely recommend this place to stay in if you want to spend a couple of days in Prague. The staff were amazing, everyone was so helpful and made us feel special. A real gem. Delicious breakfast and speedy room service, the house keeping staff were so lovely and paid attention to the smallest details. “Modern hotel with great wellness facilities, very clean, spacious, and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Travelled as a couple and got a double room, which was tidy when we arrived, with fridge, safety deposit box, and wardrobe cabinets and closets. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. However, for a 4-star hotel, we found it disappointing that there was no free still water, coffee, or tea in the room. There was free mineral water at the lobby but it's an acquired taste. Shower door in the room was also a bit dysfunctional so water leaks out to the shower floor. Room can also become quite warm during summer afternoons and evenings. Wellness centre though was really nice. I tried the Flower Spa Ritual and it was worth it. Swimming pool was also big enough and wasn't crowded. But that may be because we went there on a Monday afternoon. Breakfast had some variety, though leaves you a bit wanting, knowing that the hotel is rated as 4-star. The staff though were really nice, but didn't seem to be too attentive to the flies entering through the open veranda door. We ordered steak dishes for dinner at the restaurant during Sunday night. Although the steaks were not cooked exactly the way we wanted them (medium rare), the steaks were delicious, esp. the one paired with salad and strawberry sauce.”

“We visited Modrava with 90 students from the Netherlands and partly stayed in this hotel. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner arranged by this hotel. You can expect an informal hotel, with very outdated rooms and a big language barrier with the staff if you don’t speak Czech. Think twice about that when you book here. To start positively, the vegetarian dishes were very very good. A big thanks to the chef. Breakfast and lunch were okay. The vegan lunch was not very good, but I can understand that this can be difficult It’s an okay hotel, but the staff doesn’t speak good english, and some don’t speak it at all. Because of the language barrier, sometimes there were difficult situations. They got angry at some point. Their attitude stayed the whole week we slept here and caused a tense atmosphere. Hospitality doesn’t seem to be present here. However I don’t want to give 1 star cause a believe everyone can learn, but this hotel as a big way to go. Some little other remark is that the roomservice did not come every day and that we had to ask for towels ourself sometimes.”
