“The rooms don't look anything like the pictures online. The bathroom is so tiny (the toilet already touches the shower curtain/no shower divider) and the room isn't cleaned thoroughly (floors not swept well, dirty curtains, etc.). There were bugs on the bed and the blanket had a hole and stains. The room looks old, with chipped paint and old grout. There are so many cleaner and comfier hotel rooms in Manila that are cheaper and more value for money than this. And to think this room is branded as deluxe!! Paid 1,980 but I would not pay more than 1,000 for this or at all. Don't book here, you'll find better options if you do your research. ✌️”
