“We had an fantastic 10-day stay in early September. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from both the city center and the beach, which offers beach umbrellas and sunbeds for 7.50 euros per set for two (managed by the city). Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated two people. It was kept clean with daily housekeeping service. The food was excellent, featuring a diverse selection, and there was something new to try every day. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, while the bartenders added a touch of humor and engagement to our experience. The evening shows were a delightful addition to the overall charm of the place. The pool was lovely, though it could get quite crowded during peak hours due to the hotel being fully booked at the time. The only drawback I'd like to mention is that, despite the hotel's claim to be environmentally friendly, our towels were replaced daily, even when we left them on the rack. It's worth noting that this practice is common in most hotels I've visited, but it does seem to contradict the hotel's environmental-friendly approach. Other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!”

“Disgusting hotel which feels more like a hostel at best. Bathroom light broke twice during a 24 hour stay. Mattress is slim and extremely uncomfortable. Half of the facilities are closed. Entire place smells like mold. Found ants in our room. Wifi does not work at all and the walls are extremely thin. Stains on shower drape and curtains. The whole place requires immediate renovation.”

“The rooms weren't very good (we are a family of 5), they were small and and the kids' bed weren't comfortable nor practical. The toilet was really small and the shower kept overfloadlting all the time, despite how hard you try not to. The breakfast was so terrible, that we had to make our own sandwiches each day. The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and the outdoor area, it had a nice scenery and the bar service was sufficient. Not a pleasant experience.”

“A wonderful experience. Went there for a week at the end of August. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was a good size and cleaned daily. Food was very good, never the same menu at lunch and dinner. There was a different food theme each evening. There was plenty of options on the inclusive drinks including some cocktails. There was a kids disco at 8.30pm and some entertainment after that. The entertainment was not loud at any point. The waterpark was fantastic and gave my daughter hours of enjoyment. Would definitely book to go to this resort again.”

“Very nice hotel for vacation. Rooms are clean and cosy with enough space. We had a balcony with the pool view. It was a bit noisy in the evening before the hotel party program finished so I don’t recommend this room view for families with little kids. Food was excellent!!! Every single day, we had so many options to pick from. Beach is just 2 minutes away by walk. We spent zero time at the pool, just went to the beach. Unfortunately, you have to wake up early to make sure you will get sunbeds on the beach because it’s too crowded.”
