“Staying in this Hotel for a night before having a very early flight in the morning from Torino Airport. This place is very convenient. Burger King is located just 5 minutes walk. Taxi to the airport is only 5-10 minutes. The room is clean and nice. I have had a relax sleep here.”

“Stayed here for five nights, and very happy with our choice. Convenient for the main station, and with a bus stop right outside, it was easy to get anywhere. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a balcony to sit out on. Great shower in the bathroom. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely choose it again.”

“This site is very expensive for what it is, compared to resorts like Sandaya in France. The pitches had enough space, but roads were very tight for motorhomes. It was busy and quite crammed in in early September. Staff were excellent, friendly and spoke excellent English. We were grateful that when we lost our key card, the staff later told us they had found it. Price was extravagant. It was around €75 per night for 2 adults, 1 child and a dog. Electric was €7 per day. The swimming pool was nothing special. The slide goes into the deep pool, which was a bit deep for me to stand in. There is an 0.8m children's pool. Unfortunately we weren't aware of the rule in Italy that bathing hats are always required. They are sold at the pool for €3 or €2 at Gigante. The playground is much more impressive. There is a noticeboard with times for entertainment at the arena, but nothing easily found online. The Gigante supermarket at the edge of the campsite- 5 min walk from our pitch - was probably the best thing about the site. The other end of the site gives access to the lake. Toilets were decent, and there are waste disposal points at each toilet block. However, because it's quite open aired, that meant the showers were always exposed to the smells from waste disposal. Hot showers is a bit of an exaggeration in the mornings. The location was handy and there are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, I was quite underwhelmed by the site for the cost. Everything was decent enough and okay - we would come back. It may just be the location that adds to the price, but I would look elsewhere first. I think €45-50 per night would have been more reasonable.”

“Such a lovely place. Delicious Piedmontese dinner with local produce and authentic dishes accompanied with wines, very welcoming host eager to explain about his wines. We actually had the best table in front and enjoyed the view and a sunset after the rain. Really good value for money too, we paid 30€ pp for five courses including wines and a selection of liquors to choose from together with the dessert. We spent the night in our VW Bulli so cannot say anything regarding the rooms but the restaurant is a clear recommendation!!”

“A really nice hotel, its not a wow but is a three star hotel and the standard accordingly is very good. The room was clean with everything provided. I booked a double room for me and my wife, but when we entered the room we saw a mini bed also to the side which was not pleasing to look at. The break fast was also good except they should try to serve fresh juice also without sugar as not every one intakes a lot of sugar. For sure i will recommend this hotel for its price and service.”

“We had a stopover here for one night. Very nice and helpfull personal, as travelling with a family of 4+dog we got a room on the topfloor (Suite deluxe) with2seperate bedrooms, a sofa, a table with 4 chairs, coffeemaker, a large bathroom with jacuzzi-tub, shower, ... not the most modern style but all in very good condition and high quality materials. We also took the opportunity to dine in the restaurant which was also a great experience - a limited menu with Piemontese specialties and a varied wine menu . Quality of the food was-as to be expected in Italy-outstanding. Hotel is situated next to the intersection of highway so very convenient for stop-over and absolutely no noise issues. desadvantage is that it is located in between a highway, an exit and a national road and the walk with the dog was limited after a day in the car.”

“Adrianne and her husband & daughter were kind and courteous to make me feel very welcome, so we’re their friendly dogs and cats. I traveled solo without a car so they arranged transport for me. They also provided excellent recommendations since they knew many businesses in the region. Another reason I chose to stay here was because they could manage truffle hunting with a local hunter and his superstar dog - it was an amazing experience in a lifetime to see how hunters and dogs worked together to find truffles that came handy in a dish. Breakfast here included egg with black truffle, which could be the tiny ones found during my hunting. Bathtub required some logistics to learn to use (I never tried this traditional way of bathing). Several insects appeared in the room from nowhere (outside ofc but who knew how they came in).”

“I've had my fill of this place altogether this is my fourth attempt to post my review they keep deleting it somehow. the property is a complete joke it is horrible avoid this place at all costs these are the most rude ignorant people you'll ever meeting your life all they want to do is take your money and provide zero service when we arrived at 30 minutes for someone to come to reception to help us and that's when a man and a young girl showed up with the man yelling at the girl that she's not supposed to leave reception didn't she see us she was nothing but rude ignorant and sarcastic with us we went to our room which is very nice however there's no hot water there was not in the evening none at night none in the morning the bed is garbage you'll sink about five inches into the mattress you can't move roll over or anything I ended up sleeping on the floor we had booked a tour and a wine tasting when we went to go get our tour the same girl handed us a piece of paper pulled us to walk through that door follow it around to the gift shop go above the gift shop where she will give us our wine tasting there was no tour she showed up to give us a wine tasting 20 minutes later while we waited and waited and waited she handed us another piece of paper and told us the color of the wine and the year of it exactly what was wrote on the piece of paper she told us nothing about it even when we tried to ask questions about it she got upset and didn't have a clue what she was talking about she was angry and clearly did not want to be there everybody there looks the same they're clearly a family so nobody will ever get fired from there and the only place they can get a job is with their Grandpa after the wine tasting all she did was try to push us into the gift shop to buy stuff even when we ask questions we were snapped at we went for dinner we were next to the owner who was entertaining friends and a couple who stunk so bad of smoke you wanted to vomit they would get up and go smoke after every couple sips of wine or after a course of their meal and come back in smelling even worse it was impossible to try to enjoy anything with that smell being so horrible their menu was exactly the same as the two places we ate the two previous nights there was no difference in the menu they copy each other's menu the only difference was here everything was more expensive the food was nowhere near as good and the portions are much smaller I personally did not even get the wine that I ordered with my meal as I said they just want your money they tried getting us out the door before we were even done chewing our food it was the most insane thing I've ever seen we went down for breakfast in this morning everything was empty except some dried out bread and they would not put anything out for us and again truck getting us out as fast as they possibly could we had no hot water again in the morning so we went to go check out the man asked how things were and we told him the honest truth all he did was get mad races voice a little get extremely sarcastic with us and blame us for everything including the fact that there's no hot water three times when we tried or how we didn't even get the wine with our food or my food the owner came in halfway through our conversation and just stood there and stared as I said there clearly all family and they can't get a job anywhere else so none of them will ever get fired they just assumed we were nobody's if they had any idea who we were or what we did for a living everything about their opinion of us I'm sure would have changed I don't usually leave reviews especially to big negative ones but this one needed to be done everyone needs to avoid this place at all costs we learn nothing it was a waste of time and a waste of money there are way better places to go than this place”

“Stayed here with my girlfriend. The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms and bathroom were cleaned well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The parking spots next to the hotel are a bit limited and taken up quickly, but they have ample additional ample at a location about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is good, diner at the hotel isn't really bad, but better dining options are found in the surrounding area. Absolutely wouldn't mind staying here again.”
