“Only visited the restaurant. I was really disappointed given the fantastic reviews and maybe we visited on an off day. The service was so poor I ate my dish alone while my partner watched as they didn’t make his. We had to ask twice for his main meal. The food is average at best. Pizza was basic and pasta very plain. We were staying in Crimea and didn’t revisit. Also a very obvious favouritism for Italians over tourists which I understand but it created an awful atmosphere I wanted to leave once eaten.”

The location of this hotel is great, which is just near the Milan central station and the metro “Caiazzo” station, and it only takes 5 minutes to them by walking. The room is not big and everything is served nicely. The reception staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast is served at 7:00-10:30 am every morning. In sum, it is a great hotel with good price and service.”

“Perfect location, just in front of Milan Central station where you can reach by bus or train from Malpensa and you have access to train for long destination and bus service also. there are lot of option of restaurant like Turkish Halal restaurants . the staff is good even they gave early check in felicity with prior email request . Only missing is there is no tea making felicity or iron box in the room . all other neat and clean.”

“This was an amazing place to stay. 20 meters from the lake shore. We were lucky to get a balcony room with a view of the lake. The room was modern, recently done up I would imagine. A spacious room with a super king bed and spacious bathroom. The balcony had great views of the lake and mountains in the distance. The hotel is quiet but road noise can be quiet loud so wouldn't suit everyone. The breakfast had a good variety of items and the service was very friendly and efficient but in saying that all the staff were very friendly. For a lazy day the roof terrace is a great place to spend the day lounging.”

“The rooms don’t look like the pictures - they’re much smaller and the view isn’t worth paying for the trees block most of it if you’re not on the top floor. We booked a deluxe room with a bubble bath (which is standard according to the description of the room) we got a shower that wasn’t even a square meter big. After complaining about the room not being up to standard we got a different one the next day. Here we did got the bubble bath but I you wanted to have a quick shower we had to hold the shower head so I didn’t fall on our heads while showering. During the breakfast I asked the staff what kind of spreads that were presented (allergy wise) All 3 of them didn’t know. When we arrived nobody came to held with our suitcases (which we don’t mind) but then half an hour later a couple arrived in a Porsche and the staff even brought the trolley and helped lifting the suitcases from the car. It’s not because we arrived in “a normal Audi” that we don’t deserve the same treatment. The night guard didn’t speak English and was most of the time no where to be found. We didn’t like our stay - the services was below zero for the price we paid. The only good thing this hotel did was hiring Sara at the reception.”
