“This was one of the most difficult hotel stays that I’ve ever had and it was for only one night!! Upon initial arrival which was after midnight, it took at least 25-30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to pick me up to take me to the hotel. Then at 5:30 AM the smoke detector battery was low and started buzzing. Then to top things off, I had briefly left the hotel to go pick up a rental and came back, only unable to enter into my room because of the locking mechanism malfunctioning. They were able to get a hanger to open the door. I got back in my room and needed to use the bathroom, and to gather the rest of my things up. While doing so, one of the cleaning ladies decided to come in prior to me being fully checked out of the hotel to start cleaning while I was using the restroom!! The breakfast itself was decent, but for my one night stay, I only give this location 1 out of 5 stars!!”

“Loved staying at The Strawberry Inn. We stayed in the Guest House for a girl's weekend. The house is very cute, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed getting away, but also having the convenience to our activities in Strawberry, Pine, and Payson. Windmill Coffee is conveniently located in the same parking lot or our guest house kitchen also came equipped for our use. All of the Strawberry Inn staff that we met were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again!”

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The property is peaceful and great for couples and/or families. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I was given tips from staff on places to dine, and the best places to hike along with recommendations on where to park. “Needed a hotel quickly. Booked through 3rd party (>$100)! Young man at the desk was incredibly pleasant and very professional. He even had a good sense of humor. The rooms were nice and clean. Location seems to be in good spot. The FREE breakfast!!!! Best hands down I've ever been offered at a hotel. They had: Waffles, Cereal, bagels, toast, juices, 3 different coffees(bold, medium, decaf), yogurts fresh fruit, eggs, ham, corn beef Hash, sausage, Biscuits and gravy! They even had toppings! Cheese, jalapeños, salsa. And...it was flavorful food! They also have a restaurant on location, but it's closed on Wednesdays so I wasn't able to give it a try. The outside area and pool look really nice! If I'm ever in the area again and need a room, I'll be checking with Sierra Suites 😎”

Rooms are nice. 4,not 5,because the mattresses are very soft, couch is soft and uncomfortable, and the gym was always too warm with no way to turn down the heat and the equipment was not in great shape. It is in a great location to visit Jerome, Old Cottonwood, Sedona, wineries, Blazin' M Ranch, and Williams to catch the train to the Grand Canyon.”

“This hotel seems to be going through a transition right now (January 2024), so buyer beware. HVAC was broken so rooms were either set to freezing or 80 degrees. There had been a recent transition with maintenance and management so nobody could do anything and guests were left just deal. I slept in all my clothes as it was a cold night. Band playing loudly at adjacent club until at least midnight (not the hotels fault just not a great location as far as quiet goes). Rooms are nice and the staff is friendly, they refunded my full room fee and the hotel could be lovely but needs to sort out their maintenance staff and management. Until then proceed with caution!”

I had a flight disaster, was supposed to arrive at midnight and got in at 8 AM due to an 8 hour flight delay…they were very understanding, actually did not charge me for the night I missed, and made me breakfast even though the breakfast time had ended. The rooms are nice and big, the breakfast is delicious with the nicest person ever to serve you. Very great location in Scottsdale. Would recommend to anyone.”
