We stayed one night in a "Suite mon seul reve", beautifully decorated with many historical objects all over the suite, huge comfortable bed, spacious rooms, with beautiful views of garden and vineyards. We loved the dinner at chateau, crystal & silver tableware, very intimate and privet atmosphere, delicious food, wine and top service. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast in the room and in the afternoon we had our wine tour & tasting. Haven't seen more luxurious winery.”

“What a gem of a hotel! Greeted by friendly, welcoming staff who immediately changed our room to accommodate our elderly greyhounds who can't climb stairs. The room was tastefully decorated, super clean and with all necessary toiletries, hairdryer and fluffy towels. The bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The location can’t be beat- being able to leave our room and be settled on the beach in a few minutes was wonderful! The room was comfortable and although it could get a bit noisy later in the evening with the window open, we enjoyed listening to the waves and fresh ocean air. “This hotel is beautiful and in the most perfect location. It was quite expensive but we splurged for this trip to be right on the beach. It was perfect access and the staff was impeccable!!! The room was comfortable for our family of 4. I do wish we had more room to hang wet towels from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was so kind and cleaned our room and organized my kids stuffed animals on their bed. The kids loved it. It was perfect to walk to stores and restaurants in town We love it!”

As the building is old but renovated, some sacrifices come with it, the rooms are small, so is the elevator. To get to the public car park you neet to walk stairs with your luggage, therefore it is recommended to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, if it is not blocked by another car.”

“I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with a group of colleagues during our professional mission of charity. Our stay was characterized by a mix of positive and negative experiences, leaving us with both satisfaction and disappointment. Upon our arrival at the hotel, our initial interaction with the reception staff set the tone for our visit. We were greeted by two men at the reception desk, and while one of them was genuinely kind and accommodating, the other left a lot to be desired in terms of his attitude and demeanor. It was clear that he was not as welcoming as his colleague, which cast a shadow on our check-in experience!!!! In a diverse group such as ours, which included young professionals on a mission of charity, it is essential that every guest feels equally valued and respected. Unfortunately, the unpleasant attitude we encountered with one of the staff members was a point of concern for us. We believe that every guest, regardless of their background or purpose of stay, deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Nonetheless, it's important to acknowledge the positive aspects of our stay. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance were commendable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, which allowed us to rest after long days of work. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to access the necessary amenities during our stay. our experience at was a mixed one. While the hotel has great potential to offer an excellent guest experience, the need for consistent, welcoming customer service is evident.
