Upon arrival, the accessible room was not available anymore and essentially the staff told me that I should have made a special request. Obviously I wanted to show them the confirmation because I *specifically* booked this hotel for the accessible room, but they didn't even want to look at it. Their reply that they couldn't do anything and that I had to contact them via email to follow up and try to get compensation for this didn't lead anywhere, since my emails are just being ignored. So if something goes wrong with this place, as a customer, they politely tell you to go screw yourself, it seems.”

Rooms are clean, but there were some oddities, like the fact that they didn't provide hand towels, the shampoo was placed outside the shower and it took me a bit to find it, and there was no place to dry our towels. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers free bicycle rental, which is nice. And you'll need it, because the hotel is about 15 minutes away from the city center by bicycle.”

“I'll be honest, I booked this hotel as a bit of a gimmick, something I wouldn't usually go for, but I was super surprised by how nice it was! The location really is in the heart of town, and 's-Hertogenbosch Town centre really is pleasant. I checked in quite late, but had a really fun chat with the owner who was incredibly friendly! The building itself really matches the rooms, this isn't some modern building with themed rooms like I expected, it's really beautiful inside. And the rooms themselves are much higher quality than I expected too! Everything from the bed to the curtains and the bathroom to the towels feels high quality. The furniture is all far from antique like you'd assume, all the furniture feels brand new and the drawers and cupboards are soft close and sturdy. And inside the bathroom feels like a royal suite, and everything has the hotel's name embroidered into it, as if you're in an expensive 5 star hotel! If you're visiting the city, try something new and book a night here, it's fantastic!”

“The rooms are quite small. We had a room that had an overpowering cigarette smell. Our room smelled like an ashtray. Hygiene is not up to par at all. Hair,dust and bits of objects were found under the bed. However on the good side, the staff was increadibly friendly. 5 stars for all of them. The food was sublime. Breakfast was sufficient with everything you could want. I missed non-diary products, like soya milk. But cant complain about that because there were lots of other things that i could eat. Dinner also absolutely delicious. Reception staff was warm and welcoming!!!”
