“We really loved the location of this hotel ( quiet, close to the beach, good bus connections) but there isn‘t much else around it if you are looking for more nightlife. There’s a good supermarket across the road and a lovely pizzeria next door. We cannot fault the friendliness of everybody we met - from the receptionists to the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff, absolutely everyone makes you feel welcome and the mood is just gloriously happy at all times. You really feel part of the family and it’s no wonder people go back year after year. The food and entertainment are great, the ouzo flows. We had a wonderful holiday and made memories to last a lifetime.”

“The hotel is located very close to the center. It has been recently "refreshed" and you can feel it in the atmosphere. Rooms are modern, clean full and of amenities. Employees are gentle and professional. The reason I add 2 stars is the all inclusive part. In a single word: "Junk". Avoid it at any cost! You can clearly understand that the standards are really low in terms of taste to match a competitive price. Burned tablecloths, canned mushrooms, breads exposed to flies.... Message to the management: Decrease the amount of options and increase quality! This is what your guests need. Stop serving junk and pay attention to the last detail!”

“A great, calm hotel for families and more senior travelers. Our room was cozy, cleaned daily. It was on the ground floor so we didn't have much of a view but that didnt bother us as we were traveling the island. The food is a mix of Greek and generic touristy foods (pasta, pizza, burger). It was great quality and value. The cocktails were nice as well, simple but tasty. We enjoyed everything we had there. Only thing was that the menu doesn't change over lunch / dinner. The location is quite close to the sea. The beach is has loads of pebbles, but its the same on the whole coast on that side of Rhodes. The surrounding area is a small farmland with a couple abandoned buildings. The area is quiet, calm and safe. Very few activities around, so would suggest to rent a car or try out kitesurfing close by. All in all it's a great value for money hotel and would come back in a heartbeat.”

“On arrival late about 1230 am I received a warm welcome and was told there was sandwich and water in our room, waiting for us good start too are holiday Family run hotels the staff all here are friendly and helpful people The is a quiet part of the little way out from the main town about a 20 minute walk. There is a little train service that takes you up to and to the beach. And bus services close by one way Lindos and the other way or Rhodes and other places to recommend using these buses, as they’re not too expensive, especially compared to taxes 10 minutes up road is bread and cake shop. Search coffee as well as well worth stopping in for a bit of cake In mines opinion as tourist we should respect and be courtesy to do the locals and staff in other words, how you’d like to be treated It’s my last day here got be at the room by 11am but still use all the facilities here to the coach picks you up or you leave there is a shower room if you want to go swimming on the last day and food and drinks too”

“Elissa Resort was so beautiful! Great proximity from the old town (15 mins cab drive), private cove beach and all new amenities, made our stay very relaxing! The hotel aesthetic is top notch! We booked the Junior suite, which had such great space. My bf and myself only call out was that the breakfast staff was very slow with ordering morning coffees. They need less staff walking you to your table, and more staff taking drink orders. The staff everywhere else was fab! Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back!”

“Great for our last minute bargain break. Sadly very geared up for UK tourists though with no Greek offerings apart from a Greek salad. Breakfast very basic, only savoury items; no fruit or Greek yogurt for example. The 20 rooms (I wouldn't call it a studio) are very basic and in need of updating, especially the bathrooms but it was clean; the maids do a great job. Small balcony with small table and 2 chairs overlooking the small pool area. There's a small fridge, 2 electric rings and a sink plus a minimum of cutlery and plates etc but if anything else is needed they will provide it (glasses for example!) Air conditioning in room 22 was AMAZING! Worth the money we paid. TV didn't work, notified management but it didn't get resolved. No biggie we didn't go to Rhodes to watch TV. The staff are fab! Very chatty, smiley and welcoming. The pool is small but was fine for us at the end of June, as it wasn't busy. Probably be a different story in the height of summer season. A really good supermarket is a 10 minute walk away on the main road to Lindos/Rhodes Town. Plenty of restaurants around too. Walking to the harbour takes around 20 minutes realistically so not too far. We had a good week away. Would we return? Probably not. Note: All the photos were taken at Sevastos Studios.”
