“This hotel is huge, new, and modern. It is connected to a small mall with everything you could possibly need, including a supermarket, fancy restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff are willing to help. However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve. The check-in process was slow, and the staff did not seem to have much authority to make decisions on their own. The breakfast restaurant was also slow, and the breakfast was just below average. The room was not clean enough as we could see the trace of dust. Also the balcony we not clean at all. Bathroom also needs some maintenance. Overall, this hotel has a lot to offer, but it would be even better if it could improve its systems and service. It’s Dubai and we do expect higher!”

“The hotel is in top shape, the rooms are spacious and the hotel the front reception centre has good customer friendly attitude. The reception helped me with everything I asked for and ensured anything we needed, like extra tea packets or toiletries, were always promptly sent to the room. The location is quiet but has a lot of construction happening in adjoining blocks, leading to road blockades which was sometimes confusing the cab drivers on the way out. The regular shuttle service to metro station is hence an added bonus and helps out the transit situation, a lot. Being on tad outskirts of the city, one wont find a lot of nearby activities around which is a point to consider if you like to see more people around. The hotel has an attached gym which is very convenient. There are grocery stores nearby which helps as well. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of restaurant which serves incredible food. Some of the staff were very nice and extra helpful. Overall we stayed for 5 days and it was a time well spent. Will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quite time at Dubai.”
