“The management and owner of the hotel is damn insupportive and not ethical. We by mistake booked for the previous day by making full payment and immediately after booking we go to know this and called the hotel to postpone the same for a day as we will reach only next day and was also ready to pay differential if any. But hotel owner didnt agree and forfeited our whole money booked. Not at all considerate and dont give value for hard earned money by others. This is extremely non co operative and ungelful residing a holy places as Haridwar”

“This is Gota Bhawan Dharamshala located high on heels just ahead of chotiwala restaurants. The staff is very supportive and rooms are also reasonably charged. You will also get options of double bed, 3 bed and even 4 beds in the room. The toilets are Western toilets and have geyser facilities also available . The normal drinking facility is there. Rooms are clean and have cooler and AC rooms separately. A room for 4 people having a cooler on the 1st floor cost us Rs.1200 per day. There are no entry and exit time restrictions there.”

After that he asked me to take out the car from parking .. and he pushed my car door badly when i argued that why yo are pushing my car door like that .. he said “sale abhi bata dunga tujhe”they people get money from us as we go there give them revenue. But still they misbehaving. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at all.”
