“The staff is lovely and food in the restaurant is great however the pictures for advertising the rooms don't even get close to what you stay in. Our room had no window, was dated and filthy. I want to at least have a clean bed when I stay in a hotel but the throw pillow had white stains - it was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was clean though. Overall the price is way too high for what you get here. Would expect half the price for the condition the room was in and that they have no windows is very bad. Thanks to the lovely staff we did enjoy our stay though but we won't come back to this hotel. Wouldn't recommend unless they update their rooms and keep them clean. Giving two stars only for the staff and food, the rooms don't deserve any. .”

“Very comfortable place! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food is great and home style, so it’s easy to meet other guests. There’s also a rooftop with a city view. This homestay is perfect for visiting Taj Mahal. For early morning visits, its just a few minute walk to the shuttles for the east gate. Highly recommended!”

“Would not recommend. I don't know how this hotel has 4 stars when all the reviews are bad. Either just have a banquet hall cause I guess they are good at 'decoration' only. As a 20 year old adult one can go to a hotel with their partner but we were straight up not allowed for no reason (why does it say unmarried couples allowed). There is no parking either and the location isn't good. Also it's way smaller than the photos.”

Despite the rental policy of charging for a full day, the hotel's beauty and aesthetic appeal made up for it. Polite Staff and Assistance: The majority of the staff members were polite and offered helpful assistance throughout my stay, enhancing the overall experience. Comfortable Stay: While the rooms may not have been large, they provided a super comfortable environment. The AC, TV, and water heater all functioned perfectly, contributing to a hassle-free stay. Peaceful Environment: I experienced no disturbances from the staff or otherwise, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. Pricing Consideration: Although I found the hotel slightly overpriced, it didn't detract significantly from the overall pleasing experience.”

When I called the reception to complain, they didn't respect my complaint and even made it worse by calling the room and arguing with us. I will never go back to this hotel!"”

This lack of attention to detail and disregard for the patrons' musical preferences was quite off-putting. One piece of advice I would offer is to avoid ordering any mutton dishes at Casa Divine. The quality of the mutton dishes was subpar, and I found them to be rather underwhelming. It's best to explore other options on the menu that may offer a more satisfying culinary experience.”

“Located in a small lane, hence lots of issues with commutation. Rooms are way too small and very dull. Service is average. They take 25 mins only to bring tea/coffee. It is very overrated with the given condition of rooms and services. Only good part is it is in a walkable distance to main road and Kashi Vishwanath Mandir. This place has parking facility. The staff behaviour was fine. Average overall.”
