“Very pathetic service. We had visited Rajhans Abhinandan for wedding reception in family. We had expected a lot in quality of service when it was Rajhans. But it was our biggest mistake. There were a lot of complaints from guests about food and quality. We raised many issues with staff, and they said we do like this only. But the worst part is that the owner of Rajhans is very bad. The behavior of that person was very unsatisfactory. He was not even ready to accept mistakes from staff. Instead, he started misbehaving with us. We cannot recommend Rajhans, but yes, if you are ready to face your insult in front of your guests, then fine and go ahead..”

Reason for giving less rating is they charging Rs.45 + GST for a Rs.20 MRP water bottle (Aquafina) and then manager justifying that every restaurant in Indore does this else how will they earn etc etc. PS. The bathroom was smelling awful. That made our stay miserable. 2. The TV was not working. 3. The breakfast served was minimal - 3 puries with vegitable, a chutney sandwich with a small cup of tea. It was not a buffet. 4. The room size is 10 ft x 11 ft. and not as stated in their description. 5. The reception staff is courteous but not effective in solving the issues.”

“I stayed at this hotel for a day while visiting Ujjain, and my overall experience was average. The hotel's location is a significant plus, as it's only a 10-minute drive from the Mahakaleshwar Temple. The rooms are reasonably spacious, equipped with a smart TV and WiFi, and the bathrooms were clean. However, the staff's lack of warmth and friendliness was a downside. During my stay, there were frequent power outages, and the AC didn't cool efficiently at night which was a negative. Additionally, we got parking outside hotel walls, there is security available though. While it's a decent place to stay, there are some areas that could use improvement for a more enjoyable experience.”
