“I recently stayed at The Continentti Whitefield for the second time and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a good ambiance and amenities. However, I encountered a disappointing situation with Mr. Aftab, the reception manager. His treatment was less than satisfactory, and I found it to be quite unpleasant. Despite the positive aspects of my stay, this encounter has led me to give the hotel a one-star rating. I hope for an apology from Mr. Aftab to address the miscommunication and mistreatment during my visit Additionally, I would like to suggest implementing an escalation point of contact for guests to provide feedback directly. Having a dedicated channel for constructive criticism could help enhance communication and allow guests to share their experiences more openly. “Stayed here twice with family. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed rooms. There was no restaurant the first time but they had a veg restaurant during the subsequent stay. No bar. Decent breakfast in the morning. Location is a bit interior but easy to find with Maps. Overall a good experience. Will stay there again.”

It looks badly maintained, unhygienic and a ghost of its past. It has become a breeding ground for cockroaches- I had to encounter lots of it. The sight of a good property slowly done to death is very painful to watch. The management might have their own reasons for it. But I am very sad about the present condition of the hotel - slow and painful death.”
