“The location of the hotel is decent. The beach is walking distance. You cannot see the beach or sea much but by walking, you can reach in 7-8 mins. The good thing is you can see the Jagannath Temple from the balcony.The rooms are fine, could be much better with charge they take. When we entered the room, the balcony was a bit dirty, the linen looked a bit dirty. There was no water provided, we had to ask for it. Even their restaurant was closed which they did not inform prior. The next day when we asked to clean the room, we had to tell the housekeeper how to clean the floor. Overall their housekeeping service was poor and they need to take proper care of their guests. Dissatisfied with their service. If they improve their housekeeping service and maintain their rooms in high standard, it can be a good hotel to opt at Puri. Hope the management takes some steps.”

“Location of this hotel is so good just opposite of sea beach but entrance is a bit problematic. However the staff behavior, hotel room, room service, safety is remarkable. Me and my mom stayed in deluxe sea view room. Every staff of this hotel is so polite most importantly BENU a staff was so helpful and polite. Me and my mom travelled alone but we did not face any insecurities and safety issue. Over all experience was very good and satisfied.”

“Hotel Sairaj inn may not be on the front of the road but is 3 mins away from the sea shore. View from the terrace is excellent, one side you can see the sea and the other the Puri temple. The rooms are very good compared with the price. The service staffs are also very polite and well behaved. Also the food quality served is very good as compared to the food we get in resturant. One of the best and cheap hotels you will get in Puri. Thanks a lot to the owner for maintaining such hospitality.”
