Literally bad quality bed with dirty bedsheets, room lights are dim. Small balcony which you wont really like to stand in as the road against it is hell crowded always. Stingy rooms. Old paint. We skip the breakfast as room was bad. Service was good. Rooms not clean. A big NO NO.”

The only catch is you need to pay 700rs extra as a cleaning fee if you want to decorate the room (from outside) which I think is too much as one only books hotel for partying and room cleaning should b the property’s headache not customer’s... Apart from this, everything is good and satisfying for the price 2.5k. Overall, it was a worth stay for me for the price offered by Goibibo. I’m definitely rebooking soon. Bingo!!!!!”

“The property is one of best available given the budget range. The rooms are decently spaced, kempt, and they also provide you with a balcony. The location is good, as it is very close to the Millennium City Centre metro station, easily accessible and at the same time quiet and away from the hustle bustle. The bed-linen and towels provided are not very well cleaned. The major let down was the service by the staff otherwise it would have been a 5star. On the second day of stay, requested for room service 3 different times to different people but neither the housekeeping boy nor the lady receptionist ended up delivering (PS. the room was again not cleaned on the third day); Wanted to order in-room snacks on the second day as it was Ind-Pak WC match, but was told that it will be available post 7pm; On the third night, was awakened by loud noises coming from the corridor, informed the guy at reception, but he instead took out his frustration on me for some reason, told me I was shouting when it was clearly him who started shouting on the phone, didn't want to ruin my night as I had an early morning train to catch hence, I let it go. I was considering it for a long duration stay (15-20days) towards this month end but alas, because of such poor service, will now have to look for other better options. If the owners / management end up reading this, you have a great product, don't ruin it by providing such poor service.”

“I booked this property for 2 days (30 Sep and 1st Oct) to stay with the family. They offered me a 1 BK type room at 10K for two days with two additional beds for Kinds and Breakfast. The approach is good, you can easily find it, just near to the Mega mall, Staff is polite and well behave, there is no common food area however they serve the food at room and the service is quick and food quality and quantity is also met with our expectation. The only area of improvement is the room. Old construction can be managed however it was not well maintained. Few power switches were not working, there is no night lamp, beds are making noise while sleeping, towels quality is pathetic and only handwash in washroom with no shampoo. I think for a short stay, you can consider this property however really need to improve the bed and towel qualities.”
