“Great place and decent location half way between Bang Tao beach and Boat Avenue. The complementary shuttle service to both areas is AWESOME and is, in our opinion, a must. The road is very busy to walk on with no pavements. Hotel good overall...a few little things probably ensure this is still 4 star than 5 hotel: On arrival we were given only one room key and informed that we will need to pay a penalty if we lost it.... ? Also during check in, having to pay 1000Baht/night security deposit and then having to wait 10 minutes at checkout until housekeeping check the room was not damaged in any way...? All very odd and not very trusting. We are 2 adults + 1 kid what exactly do they think we will do... Housekeeping: only one toilet roll per day (we ran out twice in two days)...shampoo and shower gel not replenished daily or quantity increased to take account of room occupancy. Other than that, daughter loved the pool, we loved the cocktails and the staff really friendly. Food lovely. Onsite restaurant quite expensive ...especially breakfast. Cheaper and better F&B options at the beach or nearby. Would stay again”

“Pros: - Staff. Very helpful at the reception and helped with booking nearby attractions. The room cleaning was very good and the staff helped with moving the heavy suitcases. - Room was very pleasant and include a private balcony with a bathtub, drying rack and beautiful view. Bathroom was very modern and the bed was comfortable. - Amenities were nice including free paddle boarding and kayaking during high-tide. It is nice as the beach is not very busy. - Value. For the price, the resort is amazing. There is also very affordable food at the restaurant adjacent. If you are on a very tight budget you can order food via grab delivery. Cons: - The sink only had one tap with no hot water. This is unpleasant for shaving. - Hand soap has a very very strong banana scent. Perhaps due to the name 'blu monkey' however it was a little unpleasant. - The resort is very far away from everything else of the island. It is far from the airport and other tourist attractions, leading to longer travel times and more expensive transport. We also had difficulty getting transportation to/from the resort as grab, indrive and bolt were unreliable however this may be attributable to the islands taxi-mafia and not the fault of the resort.”

“Amazing experience. Very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant has unbelievably delicious food and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was just as good (tons of yummy options to choose from!). Anyone who has left a bad review clearly is someone who just cannot be pleased because this place is paradise and the staff service was impeccable. There are bugs here in Thailand so one must remember to turn off the outside lights near their bathroom if they do not want to attract them. This is also a property that is located on a hilltop, so there are some stairs, but that makes it that much more charming, whimsical and unique. I read poor reviews where people mentioned these two things but clearly they did not do the research before booking. My partner and I have come to Phuket many times before and this was the best experience by far. Views are spectacular! Best sunsets you will ever see!”

“This hotel is fine to spend 1 or 2 nights but not a hotel where I’d want to spend any longer. It’s very clean, very quiet, but quite far from Kata. The room was spacious and we slept comfortably. The pool is small and when there are several people in it it becomes quite cramped. I really appreciated that their fitness centre was well equipped. Breakfast was passable with very generic options.”

“We stayed as a family of four for 6 nights. The apartment was fantastic for a family stay. We were able to prepare food and had plenty of space for us all. We had views of the green mountains and each room had air conditioning. I'm not taking a star off for location because this is known when booking. It's not immediately near much but the amazing service makes up for this. The free shuttle service allowed us to visit the beaches, the night market and the restaurant area. The staff were very accommodating, answered our questions, provided us extra towels etc.”

“Nice small boutique hotel near the pier. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast which you can enjoy with a beach view. The fitness room is okay, but there’s also a fitness center 10min by feet. Rooftop pool is okay but the view is nice. Rooms are fine and the staff is friendly and service oriented. The only thing is, that as my room was located towards the ocean, there's still a street in between with sometimes really loud traffic. But that's not that fault of the hotel. It’s not as close to the center or main beach as you might think. (3 nights / superior king room with sea view / incl. breakfast)”

“Located 2 minute walk from Bangla walking street and right opposite the beach. If you are a light sleeper this place is definitely not for you. You can hear the base from the music blasting from Bangla walking street and regular fireworks til 4/5 am in the morning...the balcony doors would not shut tight, plus the constant sound of wind and doors rattling as we were on the 15 floor. We had a washing machine in our room that wasn't connected and was not attended to after speaking to the receptionist friendly staff at reception and the lobby, not too sure if you would have the same issues if you had a lower floor room and facing away from Bangla walking street.”
