“The Drury Inn was delightful. It was conveniently located for our purposes. The staff, especially those in the dining area were exceptional and delightful, so efficient and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were very good compared to most hotel offerings. Asthetically, the rooms were furnished very nicely. The one draw back, however was the room. We had an "atrium" room which was nearly impossible to get in and out of with the luggage cart and the whole room layout was awkward and very small. I've stayed in larger Super 8 rooms. That side, it was a very pleasant stay.”

“When we entered the room, it smelled of sewer from the sink, so the initial experience was underwhelming. Dusty light fixtures, dust on the cups by the coffee machine in the room. Other than that, it was good. Our Netflix account connected to the TV just fine. The bed was very comfy. New Years Eve festivities were abound, but it was still relatively quiet in our room. The shower was nice. Enjoyed walking around and seeing the art. The next morning we had breakfast, and it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. The gym was convenient. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was enjoyable.”

All staff members were super nice and welcoming. Even breakfast there was a nice gal who kept helping get my daughter blueberries and all my girls some juice with lids. Great experience, definitely highlighted by my next hotel experience (not same brand), I wasn’t even told by the next place where I wasn’t even told the basics of where my room was and simplest way to get to it! Thank you for making this stop in a long move easier, memorable, and making us feel that we belonged there. True hospitality.”

“We have stayed here 4 years in a row for our family trip to Kansas City with 3 young kids! We love the convenient location: easy walk to crown center for Kaleidoscope & the Train Station Science Museum, and great restaurants nearby (Lydia’s! Lou Lou’s Noodles). Excellent hotel breakfast that changes a little every day; safe parking. Staff has been great four years running. Tiny pool we don’t use, pretty good workout room, too. Clean, safe & family friendly.”

“The room was reasonably clean. The staff on duty tried to deal with the situation as best they could. However, many factors made the stay the worst hotel experience I have had in the last 20 years. There was no keys that would work and the key problem had been going on for at least three days affecting many rooms. Another guest tried to contact the manager, but she/he never returned her communication. The room was the smallest room for a king size bed I have ever stayed in in the US. The room was next to the elevator shaft and very noisy all night. It is the only hotel room I have stayed in without a microwave oven. While my wife and I stayed in the room, there was only one hand towel. The cost of the room was much more than a much nicer and larger room we stayed in the next night. My stay greatly damaged my view of the reputation of the Hampton Inn and the Hilton hotel chain. It amazed me that no reduction in the cost of room was offered given the multiple problems described above. I hope you make the changes necessary for such events not to affect future visitors to your hotel.”

Reason for the 5 stars though is for the front desk girl working 12/29 (sorry I didn’t get your name). Was incredibly nice to my pup and helped me out on a couple of occasions. Hope management recognizes you for a great experience!”

“Nice place, have stayed here many times when in town over the past 15 years or so, The place is in need of some maintenance as you can see the wear and items in need of attention in the common areas and especially my room. At check-in, Diamond Members are always offered water a sweet and salty treat for their loyalty. This hotel or the lady that checked me in when she only offered two bottles of water, no longer offers any perks like that but went on to thank me for my loyalty and Diamond Member status, Sweet and Salty treat is such a small token of appreciation but apparently, this is cut at this hotel along with warm cookies. They do have dog cookie treats. This is a shame and I really do not feel as valued and loyal to this hotel as I used to, I may have to try Home2Suites and another Hilton property more in town if this place continues to nose-dive. “I recently enjoyed Pizza from Buddy's new Pizza Restaurant and wow was it delicious.. and great service.. super cute place where you can gather with friends for Pizza and drinks.. either by car, golf cart or boat.. and located just off Susan Rd. in Lake Ozark.. it is a hidden secret and open Thursday - Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until they run out of fabulous pizza dough...lol. Cooked in the awesome fire brick oven.. takes about 5 minutes and you will have mouth watering pizza to enjoy!”

“2.7 / 5 - Nice refreshed and clean common spaces and rooms, not so great staff. I was surprised a west county/chesterfield hotel didn't have great service. It was just a mess while we were there. We stayed twice in a week for a total of 4 nights and thy just seem out of sorts. No one understood what it meant to have Elite status or to choose a restaurant credit. It was never applied correctly and they never made you feel ok even bringing it up. The lady who checked us in was a mess and seemed like we woke her up. Another front desk guy comes across a little stoned. "The Bistro"...please stop using that term as it makes it sound like something special or where you might get food or drink with some love. The staff are young, not very tidy, and everything was served in take away and disposable. Bonus, for the money it makes it a joke. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but there were strange things like no cups in the room or a pad & pencil, but most oddly the trash cans weren't lined but had the bags hanging on them (this happened on both occasions staying here). Ultimately it's a relatively cheap hotel but for the category in Chesterfield or the valley I would not stay here again. It didn't surprise me the employee of the month parking spot was empty the entire time we were there.”
