“Apartments of a very high standard. The room with a balcony and a sea view is a revelation. There is a lot of space in the room, the bathroom is large. The equipment includes a kettle with coffee and tea. Internet is fast. The only minus is the parking spaces, of which there are a total of 9 (5 of which in front of the building are open to the public). So, even after the season, it is very difficult to find a vacant place. Moreover, the building has an elevator and on the 3rd floor there is a huge terrace with an even better view of the sea.”

“I would never go again to this hotel even if it was for free. It is a catastrophe!! It doesn't have a service room at all. I stayed 6 days there and the bed sheets , the floor, the toilet, were even not once cleaned . The food is over when you go after 18 pm . They have such a small Buffet only 2 portions food in a small amount that finishes per 1 hour . I didn't have my dinner 3 times in row because there was no Food!!! 900 euro for 1 week, and im so disappointed because the service that they offer is totally rubbish!! There is no bar only a small restaurant . The hotel Emocje in Mielno is too small in compare with photos that they show . People don't go there . It's absolutely Scamming.”

“Large and comfortable room. Room were facing to the main road. In summer you won't open the windows. Sleeping sofa was not that comfortable. Breakfast was really great. A lot different choices. Freshly made. The coffee machine was too loud though. The ambient music was a nice touch to the breakfast experience. Parking on site is 20 PLZ. To expensive from my point of view. There are less expensive parking options in front of the hotel and close by. They are safe too from my point of view. Location in general is great. Town center is in walking distance. Lots of shopping and restaurants choices nearby.”

“This is a hidden gem in the Polish countryside where the staff are very friendly and the rooms spacious and well appointed. The restaurant served me a lovely locally caught fish dish which was very tasty, and all the other diners appeared to be enjoying their food also. The bathroom was luxurious and the rain shower wonderful. When I informed the staff that I would not be eating breakfast, they insisted on making me a lunch box to take with me on my next day's travels. Discover this place and the surrounds for yourself. You won't be disappointed!”

“The hotel is very basic, not a real SPA. Very basic treatments. Don’t waste your time and money for the beauty salon. The cosmetics they use are very cheap Polish cosmetics, the facials are done just to be done, it is just lying with a mask, no effort has been put at all. The prices changed after I booked the treatments and I was charged more without being informed at all. Buy a good face cream, it will do more good for your skin than the appointment. Nice staff in the buffet though. The water in the shower constantly fluctuated between cold and scorching hot. This is for an adult and almost impossible for a child to safely shower.”

“The location of the place is excellent breakfast are also very good, but is not only about location. Room was furnished I believe 20-25 years ago...At the arrival in the apartment was very bad smell, we only workout that floor was cleaned with dirty mop, as next day when we requested to have cleaning in the room smell disappeared. Be aware that cleaning is not included, paying 300euros per night you expect that is a standard. But they are stating that is guesthouse, not any more SPA or Hotel, where on the web is stating SPA Hotel... During the breakfast waiter is watching every single bite, you don't fill cosy and comfortable. Then in the evening they put very very strong halogen light on that light up all the place, who knows why might be to be visible from Sweden, the bad side of it is that in the apartment is just bright all night long, we could not sleep. If you point out that to the owners, they switch it off but next evening is the same. There is also lots of maintenance works ongoing, owners improving the place all the time making lots of noise, is't the time for such a works during the winter? On top of that you have to clean room yourself...(yes for 300euros per night) And parking is about 300m away from the place, is not even secured, only gate and padlock, to get anywhere by car (usually when bad weather) you need to walk there (in the rain) open padlock get the car out, lock it (already wet) drive in front of guesthouse (read above it's not hotel) leave car on the busy road and load family into car.... Even if location is excellent would not recommend the place, not for the money they asking for. If you keen to stay in Sarbinowo make some research for villas next to it, we have investigated and ar much better looking and 60% cheaper. Simply avoid.”

“Pros: Fairly priced, the breakfast was fine. The view from the balcony was pleasant. Cons: Doesn't feel like a hotel, more like an apartment building. The hotel is located near the 'Neptun Square' area, so if you plan on dining/drinking there the location isn't too bad. However there are other hotels much closer to the beach / promenade. Unfortunately the hotel is placed on a busy street intersection (possibly the busiest in town), so it can be a little noisy with open window or on the balcony. The receptionist claimed that as a gift from their company we've been upgraded to a room of a higher standard. Not only it looked the same as the room we've booked, but next to our doors some refurbishment was in progress (beginning 8AM).”
