“This is a very nice quite new hotel. Great service, large rooms (although most of them lacking a view), great service and good food. Excellent swimming pool, which doubles as a lap pool. It is located on the East side of the city, so within easy close access to both airports. Also next door to a large intl hospital, where you have access to McDonalds and other “Western” restaurants. The main issue is the location. It seems to be located on a sort of an enclosed area within Bangkok, so it you want to visit the tourist sites, it may take you more than an hour on the road. So you are forced to use the Sky Train, which is a good option, but which does not take you to every relevant place. It is a good location for shopping (and there is red district near by, I have been told)”

“Top candidate for our long stay choice! When we stayed at the other hotel last week, they brought it to our attention that this hotel was renovated and offers very nice long residence so we had to look of course. First thing we noticed were the beautifully finished walls with wood veneer creating the right tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms were again well equipped (hair dryer, big 2p bath!). Very impressed by the amazing views from pool and the higher level rooms (see also video taken at sunrise from the 31st floor 2 bedroom we looked at). Plenty of parking and the breakfast was great. This is nice for a business, holiday but for sure also for long stay residence as the area it's located in has plenty of entertainment, shops and food choices. 10/10”

Individual staff members were helpful and the hotel taxi to the airport good value being only 20% more than a metered taxi. However, stains on sheets and upholstery and crumbs on the floor. Our room was very cramped with the foot of our king sized bed only 50 cm from the wall so we had to go single file to cross the room.”

“We got the 2 bedroom for the weekend, it was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were always polite and patient despite the language barrier. The water pressure in the showers were good, the pillows were nice, the bed was comfortable. “Where should I start? My experience with this hotel was wonderful since the minute i stepped foot in it. I had the fastest and easiest check-in. The rooms were ready with nice complementary chocolates, snacks and soft drinks in the fridge. All staff I have encountered were exceptionally nice and helpful from receptionists to waiters at restaurants to door men and house keeping. The breakfast was delicious, wonderful variety, good service. The spa was great, the rooms were clean and nice and beds were comfy. Door men always helped us with our bags and stuff when we come back from shopping. They even provided us with breakfast boxes when we checked out because we had an early flight. The location of the hotel was excellent for shoppers next to Siam Paragon shopping mall and not far from platinum fashion mall. I would highly recommend this hotel for any one visiting Bangkok, it is my third visit to Bangkok and this by far was the best hotel i stayed in. “We stayed in the hostel for only one night however it was enough to conclude that this is a fantastic accommodation in Bangkok city. Very artistic with lots of plants and cool decorations. We paid for a double room (only two guests). The room set up is fantastic (they even had a nice music player -the sound was great) and spacious. It felt pretty clean and bed was comfortable. Friendly customer service and tasty breakfast ( I accidentally spilled my coffee and they made me another one for free). Super High recommended!!!✌🏽”

“I definitely recommend this hotel. Booked this hotel as I heard it’s best to be close to the train station (BTS and MRT I think) and found it to be actually really good. The hotel is based literally right next to the station. You can actually see people going to the station when you’re in the lift. Literally 1 second away. At first they gave us a very very basic room which was ok, average, but after seeing the cleaning lady clean next door I saw how much bigger it was and we asked and got an upgrade. The room was sooo much better, it felt more like a hotel stay. Had everything we needed. The hotel is right on the main street where everything is, Soi Cowboy is literally a 2 minute walk (google says 10 or something). 10 minute walk to Nana Plaza too. Perfect location for everything. The restaurant Indulge was great too, tasty food for a reasonable price. (I’ve left another review on that).”
