“I generally like the hotel and try to stay here when in Boulder. Rooms are a bit small for being a "suite", but the property is generally well maintained and the staff is helpful. Also really like the gym. That said, if you have an EV, note that they replaced the Tesla destination chargers 12/28/2023 and YOU WILL NOW NEED TO PAY FOR CHARGING via the Loop charging network. They have thereby completely removed any reason to pay the $20 parking garage fee. Nice job, guys.”

“Very chill and welcoming environment! Check in is very easy! Parking is something you kinda have to figure out- regular street parking. Staff is awesome! Super nice and super helpful! Hostel isn’t completely packed which was nice- I was worried it was going to be a tight squeeze! Everyone in the house is also chill and welcoming. Great environment, you could be doing your own thing or join in on a hangout! Was also very clean! Showers and bathrooms were clean, but don’t forget to bring some flip flops for the shower. Towel is provided at check in! Kitchen is clean and you can bring food! I loved the experience and will be returning!”

“I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and travel about 60 days a year. I have not stayed in a Sheraton hotel in many years but had high expectations for the $500.00 nightly rate we paid. The hotel in general is in good shape as was the room. The location was decent In terms of local bus service to BC and the underground parking was nice. When we arrived on a Friday there was a very noticeable smell in the kitchen. Once we identified the issue which was the disposal I placed a small plate over the sink opening and notified the front desk of the issue. On Saturday morning I again called the front desk to tell them of the issue. By Sunday when we checked out no one from housekeeping or engineering addressed the issue. Not a huge issue but we could not use the sink due to the smell. The main reason we wanted this hotel was for using the kitchen for meals. I would expect better service than this.”

“With tickets to History Colorado and Comedy Works, we needed a convenient hotel for our mini vacation. There are a lot of hotels in this part of downtown Denver and we were thrilled with our choice of AC Hotels on 15th and California. The staff were delightful, particularly the bartender who dispensed lots of local information with our drinks. The room was stylish and efficient, with a great floor-to-ceiling view of California Street heading through the most vertical part of Denver. The blustery walk to Comedy Works and back was thankfully short. The subsequent walk from our room to the rooftop lounge was all of 10 seconds long. Even on a cold January night, we were perfectly comfortable thanks to the radiant heaters and warm blanket. And I have a new appreciation for the blue bear peeking into the Convention Center directly below. I rarely score a 10 when reviewing hotels; there is always something that could be improved. In this case, I can't think of a single thing.”

“I had to come to Steamboat Springs for work. But, because of this wonderful hotel experience, I felt like I was on vacation. Everyone from the GM, Erik C. to Diana in the kitchen and everyone in between had superior customer service!. My dog stayed for 2 weeks. She had a floor to ceiling window to look at the great views. The grounds were super clean, the hotel was super clean and my suite was nice and cozy! Thank you for the great experience!”

“Recently returned after spending six nights at this location. Upon checking in we were informed that there would be limited service for the rooms with full service only provided on Tuesdays & Thursdays. We checked in on a Saturday and after 4+ days our trash cans were overflowing and we were still using the original bathroom towels. We complained and picked up fresh towels at the front desk but only after Jesse "debated" with us that all of the other hotels he worked at provided similar levels of service. We requested that Jesse have the manager contact us in the morning and to no surprise we never heard from him. We've traveled all over the U.S. as well as abroad and NEVER experienced such poor service. A young lady at the front desk informed us that they're having difficulty getting good help. There was no breakfast on Christmas morning (supposedly the cook failed to report for work) and the wonderful elderly lady at the front desk, who uses a cane, tried her hardest to provide some cold breakfast items while we & some other guests attempted to give her some assistance. Then on Wednesday there was no milk for coffee or the kids cereal (how hard is it to go the nearest store and pick up a few gallons of milk?). The rooms are tired and worn, the shower drain was broken and there were black spots on the walls & ceiling which we suspect was black mold (we attempted to clean these spots and the rag came back black). It's extremely disappointing that Holiday Inn has fallen this far and hopefully someone in management actually takes notice of this review & makes the effort to come down from the executive suite to see what's happening at their properties.”

“Great staff. Great breakfast. The room was very lacking... missing many basic kitchen utensils to use the full kitchen. Eg forks, pots, dishware that can be used in oven, kitchen sponge, etc. Front desk very helpful to procure, but this stuff should already be in the room as basic amenity. The bathroom (shower) faucet very leaky which spilled significant water daily on the floor and some other hardware was off the wall laying on floor. Maintenance and upkeep need a stern review internally.”

“We had a great stay at Club Wyndham Durango! The layout is kind of odd, since the building is squeezed onto a tiny bit of land. The units are kind of pie-shaped. The main room was smallish but had a sofa, chair, table, and full-sized kitchen appliances. The bedroom was a good size and had the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Between all the fresh air from skiing and the comfortable bed, I had a week of better sleep than I've had in a long time. The kitchen was handy for quick breakfasts and making sandwiches before heading to Purgatory. We fixed dinner a couple of nights and went out to eat a couple of nights. It was great having that option. The front desk people all were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hot tubs on the roof were a welcome way to relax our tired muscles. Add to that the location, which can't be beat, and Club Wyndham Durango was the ideal choice for our vacation.”
