“We stayed in Aparthotel Müritzpalais GmbH from August 12th to August 19th 2023. It was a fantastic experience and we were able to disconnect. The only "minor detail" to remark is that one of the days we found a very small piece of broken glass between the bed and the night table. Fortunately I saw it and threw it into the garbage. I was concerned because we were there with our daughther (who is less than 2 years old) and she could have cut herself. Apart from that minor detail, it was a very relaxing stay. Thanks a lot!”

“We came for a short two night vacation. The location is beautiful, breakfast is delicious and served in a cafe with a breath-taking view of the water. The wellness center was great- pleasant, clean, relaxing, and kept with love. Staff were extremely friendly. The room itself is beautiful, with gorgeous wooden beams. The only tiny minus was that our bedroom window didn't have a clear view of the lake. So if that's important to you, ask for a room that has it. All in all, a wonderful experience!”

The location was great for us - a few minutes from the sea and in the middle of a great hiking path leading to the next villages, left and right. Breakfast was good as well. “Spend 2 nights here in August, area is quiet, Hotel owns a golf parcour, little pond and a bigger lake are close by (many mosquitos). Room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, but air vent was noisy inside the walk-in closet which had no door. Slippers needed to be asked for from the friendly reception staff. A strange smell came from the bathroom which got worse when the door was kept shut, so I had to leave it open. Balcony door needed to be kept open over night to control the temperature inside the room due to no installed A/C. Sauna area was smaller than expected and other guests using the pool walked through the quiet/resting area, so not too much relaxation possible unfortunately. Food in the external located restaurant was ok, prices are higher than average. Breakfast buffet was super, great value for money and everything you could wanted. Overall it was a nice getaway but I would not come back here for another vacation.”

“My favourite hotel in Waren. The location is idyllic. You are close to the centre of Waren and yet feel like out in the country. The gardens are divine. Staff is really nice and helpful. Lots of staff around. You feel like part of a community. Surrounded by water. At night you can hear wildlife. I love it. Just don't expect young and 'cool' clientele. The average age of visitors is quite high. But that doesn't distract at all from the beauty of the place.”

On the website it was clearly stated that there was a parking lot. Upon arrival it turned out that it was no longer accessible after 10 pm. When booking our reservation, however, we clearly stated that we would only arrive after 10 pm. We see a missed opportunity here. An extra element with the code of the car park can perfectly be added to the e-mail with the room number and code or with the reservation e-mail. Or additional information should be provided regarding the parking and its use or reservation. This can also be done via the email of the booking.”
