“I spent couple of nights in this very noisy hotel with a band just downstairs playing everyday until 11:30pm.... so if we are willing to rest and having a quiet trip avoid this place... food is ok nothing more.... a bit expensive for the quality and quantity... the only positive aspect is the localisation right on beach... staff are not really well trained and speak little English.... almost a problem for 4* hotels.... rooms are large but old despite the beautifull pictures on website... à refresh will be welcome for the price paid. “I booked a room here on airbnb for a month. When i first arrived, i wasnt impressed. Small rooms and swarming with freelance girls. There are no lights outside at night and may be intimidating for some people. But overall the stay was good. Hot water with good pressure, gym and pool. Can’t complain. The staff keeps the premises very clean and the place is pretty quiet. Outside there are restaurants and stores to get whatever you need. I would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed here just last night and what a great time we had at an amazing Villa. We even changed our plans to stay in and enjoy the pool there. We were checked in easily and given info and even told about drink not being sold most places the next day because of public holiday here. Very clean and beds super comfy. I would say you need a car to stay here, (which we had) if you are wanting to explore Pattaya fully. But had a great time with family, would highly recommend.”

“Worst hospitality at this hotel . The room we were staying had no Wi-Fi signal in the room. I had to stand in the corridor to get signal . I informed the front desk and showed to the engineer who was trying to restart the access point that the access point has no issue, it’s the signal attenuation which is the problem. He agreed to that but the front desk were arguing that Wi-Fi is working. I asked them to change the room and they had rooms but were resistant towards offering me a room. I asked for the hotel manager and the manager was not there leaving the hotel with a dumb staff. I was told the manager comes at 9 or noon time and there is no way to contact the manager. The staff was very rude as if it’s my fault the Wi-Fi is not working. The moto of Thailand , is “land of smiles”. This hotel management doesn’t believe in the core value of Thailand! I will never recommend this hotel and if you have already booked, go ahead and cancel your bookings. There are much better options in the same area and much much better service. BTW, the hotel manager name is Ramika , who is the owner as per the rude staff. Applaud the ownership! Off course, pun intended!!”

“I ate at the restaurant, did not stay at the hotel. The food was good but not great, and it lacked a little bit to reach 5 stars. The lamb rack was good and very tender, but the gravy was bland. The yam tale was also good but a little bit on the sweet side and not in the perfect sweet-sour-salty balance that Thai food is so well known for. Another example of the little bits that lacked to make it a 5 start experience, I ordered the hot lava cake with coconut ice cream. It turns out that they were out of the coconut ice cream, and the hot lave cake was served cold. It still tasted good though. The espresso was of better than average quality and the location is great just on soi buakhao, perfect to watch people passing by and the normal semi chaos in the traffic. This restaurant have the possibility to be one of the best middle segment in the soi buakhao area, just a few bits here and there that's missing.”

“Good : Check in late around 9pm, there are Front office personnel to assist , fast check-in. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby. Parking space is enough , guard is there to assist too. Bed and pillow is comfortable , AC cold enough. Soap and towel , drinking water provided. Simple breakfast is good for us. To improve: light in the room is not enough, abit dark. AC compressor is beside , there is a room , and it is really noisy. Some mosquitoes in the room. Stopper at the bathroom behind the door is not in good position (on the floor to access the shower area) , people might hit or step on it, very dangerous, should put at the top of the door , not on the floor . Breakfast time is only until 9am, time is too tight. There are also lots of mosquitoes in the restaurants when we took our breakfast at 8am… get a few mosquitoes bite :( The rate for a night at this hotel for us was 1150baht and it is not worth with the above conditions…”

“A very nice hotel with an amazing view of the sunset above the ocean on your balcony! The room was huge, with a kitchen, microwave, dinner set, water boiler. It looked like a fully furnished apartment! The bathroom is big with a bath and shower. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a lift. The swimming pool is on the roof with a view of the ocean. Outwardly the hotel looks a bit old, but the rooms are modern and clean. Downstairs is a beach with rocks and sand and a garden to sit in. We loved it here!”
